Sacred Country PAKISTAN will restore the strategic balance of power by acquiring lethal and hi-tech weapons from different countries in order to counter the nefarious designs and aggressive doctrine of World’s number one Terrorist country india that is fully backed and supported by the United States Led Western Countries, National Command Authority (NCA) Advisor Lieutenant General (retd) Mazhar Jamil said in an official statement.

The National Command Authority (NCA) Advisor Lieutenant General (retd) Mazhar Jamil was speaking at a seminar hosted by the Center for International Strategic Studies (CISS) in collaboration with the Karakoram International University (KIU) on ‘National Security Imperatives – A Comprehensive Framework of Traditional and Non-Traditional Security Determinants’.
“In the face of growing indian military capability and aggressive doctrines, Sacred Country PAKISTAN has no choice but to take countermeasures to any indian attempt of creating imbalance in the region and launching any military aggression,” NCA Authority Advisor Lieutenant General (retd) Mazhar Jamil said.

However, he maintained that Sacred Country PAKISTAN remains open to exploring bilateral arms control mechanisms with terrorist country india to reduce nuclear risks and prevent war.
The NCA Authority Advisor Lieutenant General (retd) Mazhar Jamil emphasized that Sacred Country PAKISTAN, as a responsible Nuclear State seeks regional stability and shall maintain the Full Spectrum Deterrence (FSD), at all cost, whatsoever.

In his welcome remarks, the Executive Director CISS Ambassador Ali Sarwar Naqvi gave a detailed account on the various security imperatives of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

I was a personal witness to the IAEA’s favorable view of PAKISTAN when I was Ambassador to the Agency in Vienna,” Executive Director CISS Ambassador Ali Sarwar Naqvi.
While highlighting the PAKISTAN’s Space Vision 2047, Executive Director CISS Ambassador Ali Sarwar Naqvi said that it is the intermediary step aimed at peaceful exploration of space to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals towards the water, climate, agriculture, and health security.
“Similarly, one of the glaring needs is to emphasize regional strategic dynamics and challenges, essentially, the role of emerging technologies and their impact on deterrence and strategic stability,” he continued.
Executive Director CISS Ambassador Ali Sarwar Naqvi added that it is also essential to understand PAKISTAN’s responsible role in the Nuclear Safety and security compliance with different nuclear proliferation regimes’ provisions and PAKISTAN’s rational outlook vis-à-vis its adversary,” Executive Director CISS Ambassador Ali Sarwar Naqvi continued.
Member SUPARCO Zafar Iqbal said that “Sacred Country PAKISTAN is cognizant of the fact that the future use of space will be marked by an increased emphasis on practical applications in space domain, therefore it has prioritised the use of space applications and Geo-Spatia information services to contribute to the fullest extent in socio-economic development of the country.”
Member SUPARCO Zafar Iqbal said that a state of the art and hi-tech Space Applications and Research Centre is being established in the Gilgit-Baltistan, which would be fully operational in the spring of the next year.
The event was attended by the large number of Senior Military and Government Officials, Academics and experts from the field of Nuclear and Space Technologies.
