High-Ranking CHINESE Diplomat H.E Mr. Yang Jiechi Held One On One High-Profile And Important Meeting With COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa At GHQ Rawalpindi:
High-ranking CHINESE Official and Member of the Political Bureau of Central Committee of Communist Party of CHINA (CPC) His Excellency Mr. Yang Jiechi held One on One High-Profile and important meeting with CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ Rawalpindi on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details, Top Ranking CHINESE Diplomat and Member of the Political Bureau of Central Committee of Communist Party of CHINA (CPC) His Excellency Mr. Yang Jiechi has especially thanked the PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa for the special security measures for the CHINESE Nationals in Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
During the meeting, both the dignitaries discussed matters pertaining strictly to ‘Mutually Beneficial and Professional Interest‘, including the Defense and Security Collaborations between both the Iron Brothers PAKISTAN and CHINA.
Both the dignitaries also discussed the recent progress on Multi-Billion Dollars PAKISTAN CHINA Economic Corridor (CPEC), which is also Known as the Flagship of the CHINA’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
“His Excellency Yang Jiechi, member of the Political Bureau of Central Committee of Communist Party of CHINA (CPC) and Director of Central Committee on Foreign Affairs, called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS), at the GHQ on Wednesday,” DG ISPR said Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
On the occasion, PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that the Sacred Country PAKISTAN Highly Values its Brotherly relations with PAKISTAN Iron Brother CHINA and CHINA’s role in Global and regional Affairs.
“We look forward to enhancing our strategic partnership”. PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said.
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa reiterated the firm and unshakable resolve that the Sacred Country PAKISTAN remains committed to cooperating with all its International Allies and Partners for promoting the peace and stability in the region.
“The visiting dignitary thanked the COAS for special measures taken for provision of safe and secure environment for CHINESE personnel employed on various projects in PAKISTAN and efforts towards regional stability,” DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar continued.
During the meeting the visiting dignitary thanked the PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa for the special measures being taken by the Sacred Country PAKISTAN for the Protection and Safety of CHINESE Nationals in PAKISTAN.
Top Ranking CHINESE Official and Member of the Political Bureau of Central Committee of Communist Party of CHINA (CPC) His Excellency Mr. Yang Jiechi also assured to play his role for further strengthening the Diplomatic and Military Cooperation and Collaboration with Sacred Country PAKISTAN at all levels.
It is pertinent to mention that the High-ranking CHINESE Official and Member of the Political Bureau of Central Committee of Communist Party of CHINA (CPC) His Excellency Mr. Yang Jiechi is also Director of the Central Commission on Foreign Affairs and He has a prominent role in CHINA’s Foreign Relations with different countries, including Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
His Excellency Mr. Yang Jiechi has also served as the CHINA’s Foreign Minister from 2007-13 and State Councilor from 2013-17.
The Director of the Central Commission on Foreign Affairs and Member of the Political Bureau of Central Committee of Communist Party of CHINA (CPC) His Excellency Mr. Yang Jiechi will also be accompanied by the Vice Ministers for Foreign Affairs and Commerce, Vice Chairman of CHINA International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) and the Deputy Secretary General of the National Development and Reforms Commission (NDRC).
