He (Arif) received the suicide bomber on his arrival on (the) night (of) 10/11 August and provided a place for him to stay near (the) customs warehouse.” CTD added.
Balochistan CTD Department said that it had conducted an Intelligence Based Operation in Balochistan City of Turbat and arrested three iranian state sponsored, state funded, state trained and state backed terrorists that were facilitating the attack on the behest of iran.
“He intended to carry out terrorist activity on the General Public, LEAs (law enforcement agencies) and Govt Installations. On this information, (a) raid was conducted, and one Terrorist namely Shoaib s/o Izzat Ali R/o (resident of) Gwadar was arrested. Another raid was conducted on his information, and two more arrests were made with the recovery of explosive material,” CTD Official added.
“On 21 September 2021, Counterterrorism Department Balochistan had got credible source information that one terrorist of … The banned iranian state sponsored and state funded baloch liberation army was present at Turbat Bazar,” CTD official said.
The Balochistan Counterterrorism (CTD) Department said that the Law Enforcement Agencies are carrying out more raids on the suspected hideout of the iranian state backed, state trained, state funded and state sponsored terrorists in Balochistan and other parts of the country.
The CHINESE Diplomatic Mission in PAKISTAN highly condemned the iranian state sponsored terrorist attack and offered condolences to the victim’s families.

The Balochistan Counterterrorism Department (CTD) Official said that the Rasul Bux, who is the mastermind behind all the Attacks of CHINESE Nationals in Gwadar, had also transported four iranian state trained, state backed and state sponsored terrorists to target the CHINESE Nationals in the Gwadar Pearl Continental Hotel in 2019.
