PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, who is on an Official visit to Friendly country Sri Lanka, held One on One high-profile and important meeting with the Sri Lankan President His Excellency Ranil Wickremesinghe and Sri Lankan Prime Minister His Excellency Dinesh Gunawardena during official visit to Sri Lanka on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an Official Statement.

According to the details, the CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi Held important meetings with Top Sri Lankan Leadership, including Sri Lankan President His Excellency Ranil Wickremesinghe and Sri Lankan Prime Minister His Excellency Dinesh Gunawardena, during Official visit to Friendly country.

All the dignitaries discussed various matters of ‘Professional and Mutual Interest’ with special emphasis on indian state backed and state funded terrorism in both Friendly Countries, Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Friendly Country Sri Lanka.

PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi met with the Sri Lankan President His Excellency Ranil Wickremesinghe at the President’s Office.

Later, the Sri Lankan President His Excellency Ranil Wickremesinghe and CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) held One on One high-profile and important meeting at President’s Office.

Both the dignitaries also discussed the various ways on further enhancing the Bilateral Maritime regional Cooperation between both the friendly Countries, Sri Lanka and Sacred Country PAKISTAN, alongside exploring opportunities for the further expansion of maritime activities between the two nations.

During the meeting, both the dignitaries discussed the grave issue of indian state backed, state sponsored and state funded terrorism in both the friendly countries, Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Sri Lanka.

In order to Symbolizing this high-profile meeting with the Sri Lanka President, the PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi presented a commemorative gift to Sri Lankan President President His Excellency Ranil Wickremesinghe.

Group of Top Senior Officials from both the Friendly countries, Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Sri Lanka were also present during the meeting.

PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi held One on One high-profile meeting with the Sri Lankan Prime Minister His Excellency Dinesh Gunawardena at Prime Minister’s Office.

During the meeting, both the dignitaries different matters pertaining to ‘Professional and Mutual Interest’, including the grave issue of indian state backed and state funded terrorism in both the friendly countries, Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Sri Lanka.

During the discussions, the Prime Minister thanked Sacred Country PAKISTAN for the support extended to Sri Lanka during the armed conflict as well as at the international forums.

He also emphasized on enhancing maritime regional cooperation between Sri Lanka and Sacred Country PAKISTAN, alongside exploring opportunities for the further expansion of maritime activities between the two nations.

The Prime Minister briefed him on Sri Lanka’s interest in maritime peace and security, being a maritime hub located in close proximity to international sea lanes.

On the occasion, the CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) of PAKISTAN NAVY Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi said His Sacred Country PAKISTAN extends fullest support to Sri Lanka policy on maritime security and peace.

PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi referring to the strong relationship between the Armed Forces of the two countries said his country would continue extend training opportunities to the armed forces of Sri Lanka.
