Commissioning Ceremony Of PAKISTAN NAVY’s Indigenously Developed Fast Attack Missile Craft PNS HAIBAT And Third 16 Ton Bollard Pull Pusher Tug PNT GOGA Held In Karachi:

Commissioning Ceremony of PAKISTAN NAVY’s indigenously developed and constructed Fast Attack Craft Missile FAC (M) PNS HAIBAT and Third 16 Ton Bollard Pull Pusher Tug PNT GOGA in a prestigious ceremony held in Karachi on Thursday, March 31, 2022, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement.

According to the details, both PNS HAIBAT Fast Attack Craft Missile FAC (M) and Third 16 Ton Bollard Pull Pusher Tug PNT GOGA are indigenously developed by the PAKISTAN’s State Owned Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW), Karachi.

CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest of the Commissioning Ceremony of PNS HAIBAT and PNT GOGA.

PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY said that PNS HAIBAT Fast Attack Craft Missile FAC (M) is the first landmark project indigenously designed, developed and constructed by the Maritime Technologies Complex and Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) without any foreign technical assistance.

While speaking on the occasion, the CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi underlined that the commissioning of PNS HAIBAT Fast Attack Craft Missile FAC (M) and Third 16 Ton Bollard Pull Pusher Tug PNT GOGA ushers a new chapter in the indigenous construction and design that has been matured with time.

He added that PNS HAIBAT Fast Attack Craft Missile FAC (M) will strengthen and enhance the PAKISTAN NAVY’s capabilities to respond to maritime challenges to ensure the seaward defense and maintain peace & stability in the indian Ocean Region.

On the occasion, the Chief Guest of the Ceremony, CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, highly lauded and appreciated the efforts put in by the Maritime Technologies Complex (MTC) and Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) and the PAKISTAN NAVY to the landmark achievement of this significant project.

“CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi commended the concerted efforts put in by KS&EW, MTC and PAKISTAN NAVY for the land mark achievement,” DGPR NAVY continued.

While speaking on the occasion, the Managing Director Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) Rear Admiral Athar Saleem highlighted that the PAKISTAN NAVY’s indigenously developed PNS HAIBAT Fast Attack Craft Missile FAC (M) is a multi-mission capable platform that will boost the Maritime Defense capability of PAKISTAN NAVY.

While referring to the PAKISTAN NAVY’s third PNT GOGA 16 Ton Bollard Pull Pusher Tug, the Managing Director Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) Rear Admiral Athar Saleem added that the induction of indigenously developed 3rd 16 Ton Bollard Pull Pusher Tug is another significant milestone for the PAKISTAN NAVY and it will strengthen the indigenous ship building capability of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
