Convocation Ceremony of 53rd PAKISTAN NAVY Staff Course held at PAKISTAN NAVY War College Lahore on Friday, May 24, 2024, PAK NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR  NAVY said in an Official Statement.

According to the details released by the PAK NAVY Media Wing, PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf graced the Convocation Ceremony as the Chief Guest. During the Convocation, Chief of the Naval Staff conferred MS Degrees in Defense Studies (Maritime) upon 99 graduates.

The graduates include 54 Officers from PAK NAVY, 03 from PAK ARMY, 05 from PAK AIR FORCE and 37 Officers from Friendly and Allied Countries of Beloved Peace Loving Sacred Country PAKISTAN, including Bahrain, Bangladesh, Germany, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, Oman, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Yemen, amongst others during the Convocation Ceremony.

While addressing the ceremony, PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf congratulated the graduating officers and appreciated the persistent efforts as well as high profession military education at PN War College.

Chief Guest also highlighted the dangers of ongoing wars spiral into larger conflicts with dangerous consequences for global economies.

The Chief Guest underlined the uncertain and complex geopolitical environment, rapid advancements in technology and wide ranging conflicts across Europe and Asia that are causing debilitating disorder in the world.

Earlier in opening address, the Commandant PAKISTAN NAVY War College, Rear Admiral Azhar Mahmood gave a rundown of the 45 week long PN Staff Course.

He also referred to various ongoing research and academic activities of Maritime Centre of Excellence set up by PAKISTAN NAVY back in 2019.

The Convocation Ceremony of 53rd PAKISTAN NAVY Staff Course was attended by senior officers from the three services besides National Defense University (NDU), Islamabad, civil dignitaries and families of graduating officers.
