PAK NAVY Newly Commissioned Stealth Warship PNS SHAHJAHAN Arrives In Sacred Country PAKISTAN After The Graceful And Prestigious Commissioning Ceremony In CHINA:
PAK NAVY newly commissioned Stealth Warship PNS SHAHJAHAN arrived at Karachi Port in Sacred Country PAKISTAN after the Graceful and Prestigious Commissioning ceremony held at the Shanghai Port in CHINA on Saturday, June 10, 2023, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an Official Statement.
According to the details, Newly commissioned PAK NAVY Stealth Warship SHAHJAHAN has arrived Karachi. PNS SHAHJAHAN was commissioned on 10 May 23 in a graceful ceremony held at Shanghai, China which was attended by PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi as the Chief Guest.
During her maiden voyage to Sacred Country PAKISTAN, PNS SHAHJAHAN visited Malaysia and participated in Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA) along with other 30 participating countries.
During the stay at Langkawai, ship was visited by various dignitaries, delegates and locals. Later, PNS SHAHJAHAN visited Colombo, Sri Lanka. The visit was aimed at strengthening bilateral ties, enhancing interoperability and exploring new vistas of cooperation between the two navies.
Upon arrival at Colombo, PAK NAVY newly commissioned Stealth Warship PNS SHAHJAHAN was warmly welcomed by officials of Sri Lankan Navy.
At Colombo, Sri Lankan Minister of Environment, Chief of Sri Lankan Navy and notables from local community visited PAK NAVY Stealth Warship PNS SHAHJAHAN during the Official visit.
During meetings with Sir Lankan Navy officials, Commanding Officer discussed matters of mutual interest and conveyed well wishes from PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi to the people of Sri Lanka in general and host navy in particular.
The port visit concluded with a joint maritime exercise between PNS SHAHJAHAN and SLNS PRAKRAMBAHU in the indian Ocean Region.
Upon reaching PAKISTANI waters, the Commander PAKISTAN FLEET (COMPAK) Rear Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi boarded the ship to extend Warm Welcome on completion of maiden voyage.
He congratulated the crew for successful trials and commissioning of the ship. On arrival at Karachi, a reception ceremony was held at PN Dockyard, Karachi which was attended by families of crew, Officers and Sailors.
