PAKISTAN NAVY and Royal Saudi Navy Major Joint Naval Exercise Naseem Al Bahr-XIV Successfully Culminates At Al Jubail In Arabian Sea:

PAKISTAN NAVY and Royal Saudi Navy major Joint Naval Exercise Naseem Al Bahr-XIV successfully culminates at Al Jubail in Arabian Sea on Wednesday, Sep 13 2023, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Ashraf said in an Official Statement.

According to the details, the sea phase of the PAKISTAN NAVY and Royal Saudi Navy major Joint Naval Exercise Naseem Al Bahr-XIV was conducted in the Arabian Sea.

PAKISTAN NAVY PNS SAIF Stealth Warships, PNS HIMMAT Stealth Warship, DEHSHAT Stealth Warships and MUHAFIZ Stealth Warships, whereas RSNF Ships BADR, HITTEEN, AL SIDDIQ, OQBAH and AL JAWF, aircraft of Royal Saudi Air Force as well as Special Operations Forces & Marines of both the navies participated.

PAKISTAN NAVY and Royal Saudi Navy major Joint Naval Exercise Naseem Al Bahr-XIV Exercise included a wide range of operational maneuvers encompassing major facets of Anti-Surface, Anti-Air, Mine Warfare and Special Operations in simulated multi threat environment to provide optimum training value.

Concurrent to PAKISTAN NAVY Stealth Warships visit and conduct of Exercise Naseem Al Bahr-XIV, Flag Officer Sea Training PAKISTAN NAVY, Rear Admiral Shifaat Ali Khan also visited KSA.

During his visit, the Flag Officer called on Commander RSNF Eastern Fleet, Rear Admiral Majid Bin Hazza Al Qahtani and other senior RSNF officers and attended the Closing Ceremony of the exercise.

During the interactions, the dignitaries from both the sides discussed matters of bilateral naval collaboration and regional maritime security were discussed.

Earlier, during harbour phase of the exercise at Al Jubail, Flag Hoisting ceremonies were conducted on board PAKISTAN NAVY Stealth Warships to celebrate Defense Day of Sacred Country PAKISTAN. 

Exercise Naseem Al Bahr is a biennial Operational exercise which over two decades has evolved as a manifestation of PAK-Saudi strategic relationship and mutual resolve to enhance cooperation in dealing with maritime threats.
