PAKISTAN Saudi Arabia Bilateral Naval Exercise Naseem Al Bahr-XIII Kicks Off In Karachi:

The 13th Edition of Bilateral PAKISTAN and Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Exercise named as Naseem Al Bahr-XIII starts in Karachi on Saturday, October 3rd, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head, the DGPR NAVY, the contingent of Royal Saudi Naval Forces or RSNF arrives in PAKISTAN, including their Naval and Air assets.

“PAK-Saudi Bilateral Naval Exercise ‘Naseem Al Bahr XIII’ begins. The aim of the exercise is to enhance relations & capability of joint maritime Ops b/w two navies. Both countries Naval Ships & Air assets will participate in the Exercise,” DGPR NAVY said.

The 13th Edition of Bilateral Naval Exercise Naseem Al-Bahr-XIII focused on consolidating the existing bilateral Defense and Security relations between both the PAKISTAN NAVY and the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF).

The Naseem Al-Bahr-XIII Bilateral Naval Exercise also includes the maritime security operations across the both conventional and non-conventional hybrid asymmetric warfare threats and it will also help to enhance the interoperability between the two Naval Forces.

During the Naseem Al-Bahr Exercise, besides the Naval Warships of both PAKISTAN NAVY and Royal Saudi Naval Forces, other aerial assets will also participate in the exercise.

During the first day of the exercise, both Naval Forces conduct the various harbor evolutions to provide synergy and synchronization in different Naval Operations.

Moreover, the Naseem Al-Bahr-XIII exercise will also provide the rare opportunity to the Naval Forces of both the countries to conduct and execute the operational planning for joint Naval Operations in the subsequent phase of the exercise.

During the exercise, the respective Naval Commanders from PAKISTAN NAVY and RSNF closely supervised and monitored the various training activities of both the Naval Forces.
