TURKISH Defense Giant FNSS Displays New Generation And Hi-Tech Pars IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle At 15th Edition Of IDEF 2021:
TURKISH Defense Giant FNSS, a leading manufacturer of state of the art and hi-tech armored vehicles and weapon stations, displayed its Next Generation of PARS IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle during the International Defense Industry Fair 2021 or IDEF 2021.
TURKISH Defense Giant FNSS start working on its hi-tech PARS IV 8×8 New Generation Armored Vehicle back in 2019. After evaluating the basic future requirements of the TURKISH ARMED FORCES, the company has finalized the final version of PARS IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle.
The TURKISH Defense Giant FNSS, after carefully evaluating the technical features in accordance with the latest emerging demands of the Allied Armed Forces, the final design of PARS IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle was produced by allocating and using the indigenous resources.
Since the early 2000s, the TURKISH Defense Giant FNSS significantly carried out the upgradation process and impart several technologies in the PARS IV Armored vehicle in order to integrate the armored vehicle with the complex hybrid environments.
The company has also made the significant advancement to accommodate constantly developing technologies in the armored vehicle to use for tactical advantages in the battlefield.
The latest member of FNSS family, the PARS IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle is developed to successfully undertake the today’s complex asymmetric hybrid warfare threats, by taking all the conventional threats into account.
The distinctive features of FNSS Next Generation are firepower, protection, mobility, electronic measures and countermeasures systems adapted to the latest battlefield conditions.
The modular structure of the PARS IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle makes it a perfect and an ideal armored vehicle that can easily be produced in different variants to undertake multi-mission capability, such as reconnaissance, infantry vehicle, personnel carrier, command and control, combat engineering, mortar carrier, CRBN and recovery vehicles.
The special designed hull design of PARS armored vehicle also features the highest mine, ballistic and IED protection in all its class. Moreover, the protection level of the vehicle can further be increased, if the user wants more protection.
The Pars IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle can easily operate both in day and night time in all terrains and harsh weather conditions. The vehicle features the 2-man cabin that provided crystal clear 180 degrees of visibility and it also features a high level of driving safety under armor.
To further enhance the visibility, the PARS IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle is mounted with the hi-tech Periscopes in front side of the vehicle. Moreover, thermal cameras are installed on the rear side of the vehicle to provide a wider field of vision to the Mission Commander and driver. In this way, the Mission Commander and the driver can easily take a close and a good look of the surroundings safely while sitting the armor protection of the vehicle and without opening the hatch.

The all-wheel steering system of the PARS armored carrier has the ability to turn the armored carrier in a radius as long its length that can easily maneuvers in the urban areas as well.
All the test and the evaluation process of the Pars IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle is carried out by the TURKISH Presidency of Defense Industries. The TURKISH GROUND FORCES will also evaluate the PARS Armored Carrier and will analyze its mobility, ballistic and mine protection tests.
The Pars IV 8×8 Armored Vehicle is a new generation wheeled carrier that is fully ready to use for duty in TURKEY and Allied Land Forces.
