6 US Special Forces Soldiers And 5 Afghan Soldiers Killed in Cross Firing:
The year 2020 is another tough year for US forces in Afghanistan as Dozens of Highly Trained US Special Forces Soldiers and Afghan Special Forces Soldiers Killed in a firefight against each other. The highly trained Special Forces Soldiers and Afghan Soldiers opened indiscriminate fire on each other, which resulted in the dozens of casualties on both sides.

“Several 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) Soldiers were injured or killed during combat operations in Afghanistan on February 8, 2020. The 7th Special Forces Group Headquarters is poised to support the Service Members and their families during this difficult time,” said Col. John W. Sannes, 7th Special Forces Group Commander,” the Commander of US 7th Special Forces Colonel John Sannes said in an official statement.
“The families of the deceased and wounded are being notified. In accordance with DoD policy, the names of the casualties are being withheld until 24 hours after their next of kin notification is complete,” the Commander of US 7th Special Forces Colonel John Sannes further added in an official statement.
It is important to mention that the officials of US Forces Afghanistan previously said that both the US Special Forces Soldiers Afghan Special Forces Soldiers were busy in high-profile intelligence based operation, when the firing incident happens.
There are more than 13,000 US Forces currently stationed in Afghanistan and US is looking to reduce the strength of its Soldiers in Afghanistan up to 8,600 with a without a deal with the freedom fighters of Taliban commonly known as the Taliban.
Currently the peace talks are going between Afghan Taliban and US, but both sides are busy in attack each other by adopting different strategies in Afghanistan.
Top Defense Analysts are predicting that the current year 2020 might prove to be another disastrous year of US forces in Afghanistan, if US not seriously consider to withdraw its troops from the Graveyard of Empires, Afghanistan.
