PAKISTAN’s Iron Brother And All Weather Ally CHINA To Surpass US Submarine Fleet By 2030:
More good news for PAKISTAN and its Iron Brother CHINA, as CHINA is all set to surpass the US Submarine fleet by the year of 2030. There are actually four big players that actually play in the field. These four players are North Korea, United States, CHINA and Russia.
According to the details, the United States Navy, which operates 68 Submarines, which makes it the world’s second largest Submarine after the North Korea, who operates 71 Submarines. CHINA comes in the third place with the possession of 64 state of the art and lethal Submarine Fleet. After CHINA, Russia occupies the fourth place. The next ten years would be significant for all the four major players, including CHINA and the United States, as CHINA is all set to overtake the US Submarine fleet by 2030.
According to the Top Defense Analysts, CHINESE NAVY is amongst the most active NAVAL FORCES in the world that is aggressively focusing on developing state of the art Warships, Frigates, Corvettes, Aircraft Carriers and Submarines.
By 2030, CHINESE NAVY will have 10 more Submarine in its fleet than the US Submarine Fleet. By 2030, CHINA will not only bypass USA, but will also surpass even the North Korea, who operates the World’s Largest Submarine Fleet of 71.
A report published in US Congress on the annual long-range Plan for Construction of Naval Vessel over the 30 years. One segment that US Navy will lose miserably is thee Cruise Missile Submarine (SSGN) by the year of 2030.
The United States Navy is still operating the conventional heaviest armed Ohio Class Submarines, which will be decommissioned by 2026/27. These gaps of these Ohio Class Submarines would be partially filled by the US Virginia Class Block-V Submarines, which are capable to carry more missiles than the earlier versions.
As far as the PEOPLE’s LIBERATION ARMY NAVY (PLAN), the US Government published the report on CHINA NAVAL Modernization that has estimated the number of Submarines of CHINESE NAVY to 76 by 2030.
It is a fact that a majority of CHINESE Submarines are diesel-electric. All of these diesel-electric powered Submarines are much shorter and smaller than the Submarines of US Fleet. Nevertheless, these Diesel-Electric powered Submarines are much cheaper than the Nuclear Submarines and they are better suited to some operations.
The latest Generation of CHINESE Type 039 Yuan Class Submarines is a diesel electric Powered Submarines that also have the Air Independent Power (AIP).
It is pertinent to mention that PAKISTAN has cut the one of the biggest Defense Deal with its Iron Brother CHINA for the procurement of 8 numbers of Type 039 Yuan Class Submarines. All the Submarines are also equipped with the Air Independent Power (AIP).
According to this report, CHINA has made significant investment in building the infrastructure of its NAVAL Shipyard facilities. CHINA has significantly expanded its Bohai Shipyard, where CHINA is building its Next Generation Nuclear Submarines for its fleet. CHINA is also expected to manufacture and induct new Generation of Stealth and Attack Submarines in its fleet soon.
In a bid to pursue its goal of Naval Modernization, CHINA has recently moved by its major non-nuclear submarine construction out of Wuhan. The site is shifted down the river at the Shuangliu yard, which is more discrete and larger than the previous Shipyard.
It is also a fact that Submarine makes the formidable part in the Naval Defense of any country, but there are also other factors that are chiefly accounted for the Naval Defense of any country. The overall combat potential of a Submarine Fleet of any other country is not based on other factors, such as the Submarines, Warships, Frigates, Corvettes and so on.
Top Defense Analysts are claiming that the days of US supremacy are numbered now, as PAKISTAN’s All Weather Strategic Ally and Iron Brother CHINA is emerging as the Next Superpower of the World by overtaking the United States not only in the domain of Economics, but in Defense also.
