All the Praise to ALLAH ALMIGHTY as Sacred Country PAKISTAN’s Indigenous Battle Proven, Lethal and Hi-Tech Fighter Jet JF-17 Thunder successfully complete the 19 Glorious Years since 25th August 2003 by defying all odds.
The JF-17 Thunder Multi-Role Combat Fighter Jet is a and advanced and next-generation combat aircraft developed by PAKISTAN Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Chengdu Aircraft Design and Research Institute of CHINA.
The First Maiden flight of Sacred Country PAKISTAN’s Indigenous JF-17 Thunder Multi-Role Fighter Jet made on August 25, 2003 and the first prototype of the Fighter Jet is still flying in the Sacred Skies of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
The aircraft was originally designed as a replacement for the ageing JF-16 but was later modified into an all-weather multirole combat fighter.
The project focuses on building a fighter jet that can operate in all weather conditions and fly at high speeds.
The JF-17 is powered by a single turbofan engine delivering 48.8 kN (7,500 lbf) of thrust. It has an all-composite airframe and can carry up to 8 missiles on each wingtip and two internal bays for stores.
Sacred Country PAKISTAN’s JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jet is fully capable of carrying various types of lethal weapons, including air-to-surface weapons, anti-ship missiles and air-to-air missiles.
Till date, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE and PAKISTAN Iron Brother CHINA has revealed the 3 different blocks of JF-17 Thunder jets and each block having its own special characteristics.
JF-17 Thunder Block-III is the most advanced version of PAKISTAN-CHINA JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jet, till date.
The JF-17 Thunder Multi-Role Combat Fighter Jet has a maximum speed of Mach 1.6 and a range of 1,500 km (930 mi).
Battle Proven Fighter Jet:
During the February 27, worldwide indian humiliation and surprise day, the Brave Falcons of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE successfully shoot down the indian air force SU-30MKI jets in broad daylight, after it intruded into the Sacred Skies of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
The successfully shooting down the indian air force SU-30MKI Jet in broad daylight during worldwide indian humiliation day makes the PAKISTAN’s Pride JF-17 Thunder as the Battle proven fighter jet that has successfully destroyed the enemy fighter jet in an dogfight.
The wreckage of the destroyed indian SU-30MKI fell in to the territory of indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir. Both indian air force pilots brace painful death and burnt alive on the spot.
PAKISTAN AIR FORCE also shot down the indian air force MiG-21 Bison Jet, which was flown by indian top gun pilot and ace “ABHI NONE DONE”, which was taken as Prisoner of War (PoW).
Sacred Country PAKISTAN return back the indian top gun pilot “ABHI NONE DONE” after the full-fledged PAKISTANI Hospitality and “Fantastic PAKISTANI Tea”, which he liked a lot.
Variants of JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jet:
There are four different variants of the JF-17 Jet, including:
- JF-17 Block-I
- JF-17 Bravo (Dual Seat)
- JF-17 Block-II
- JF-17 Block-III
The JF-17 Block-III is the latest block of JF-17 Thunder Jet that features the battle-proven KLJ-7 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radar, Helmet Mounted Sighting and Display System, Advanced Avionics, Electronics Suite and Counter-Electronics Warfare.
The JF-17 Block-3 is powered by the Russian Klimov RD-93MA engine with 9300 kfg thrust.
It has electronic warfare capabilities, including Link 16 data link system, C4ISR datalink system and CHINESE BeiDou / GPS navigation system which can be integrated into the aircraft’s autopilot system.

As far as the weaponry options of JF-17 Block-3 is concerned; it is armed with the latest BVR, air-to-air, air-to-surface and anti-ship missiles that makes it as a formidable fighter jet for Air to Air, Air to Ground and Anti-Ship role.
PAKISTAN AIR FORCE has already started the mass production of JF-17 Thunder Block-III in Sacred Country PAKISTAN. It is the most advanced multi-role and all-weather fighter jet in the entire family of JF-17 Series. The addition of JF-17 Thunder Block-III will significantly strengthen the Offensive capabilities of PAF against terrorist country india in the next upcoming potential conflict.
