Newly Appointed PAK NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Naveed Ashraf Held One On One Important Meeting With PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar During Maiden Visit To AIR HQ Islamabad:

The newly promote PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf held One on One high-profile and important meeting with PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar during maiden visit to AIR HQ Islamabad on Tuesday, 17th October 2023, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE Media Wing Head DGPR AIR FORCE said in an Official Statement.

According to the details, the newly appointed CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf held One on One high-profile and important meeting with the CHIEF OF THE AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar at AIR HQ Islamabad.

On his arrival, the CNS Admiral Naveed Ashraf was Warmly Welcomed, Received and Greeted by the PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar. A smartly turned out contingent of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE presented him the Guard of Honor. He was also introduced to the Principal Staff Officers of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE.

Later, the CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf called on CHIEF OF THE AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar in his office.

During the meeting, Chief of the Air Staff felicitated Admiral Naveed Ashraf on assuming the command of PAKISTAN NAVY and expressed his hope that PAKISTAN NAVY would continue progressing under his dynamic leadership.

During the meeting, CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf and PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar discussed matters of professional interest and expressed their resolve to further augment the existing Tri-service synergy.

CAS Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar reiterated his resolve to augment the existing synergy between the two services and taking it to further heights.

He also assured PAF’s full support to PAKISTAN NAVY and pledged to work together, in order to ensure an impregnable Defense of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar highlighted the progress of various ongoing projects being carried out by PAKISTAN AIR FORCE with special focus on modernization and development of indigenous capabilities.

He further underscored PAF’s dedication to foster close collaboration with PAKISTAN NAVY, specifically in the areas of joint exercises, training and military aviation.

While expressing his confidence in the operational preparedness of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE, he duly recognized PAF’s resolute dedication to attaining excellence and conveyed his utmost admiration for the unwavering professionalism and exceptional operational capacities of PAF personnel.

Admiral Naveed Ashraf appreciated the advancement of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) under the current leadership through the induction of cutting edge niche and disruptive technologies in Cyber, IT, Aerospace and Artificial Intelligence domains.

He also admired the revamping of training by PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) to produce well-equipped air warriors and skillful work force to cope up with ever-changing challenges of aerial defence and national security.

He expressed his satisfaction on the seamless coordination between both the sister-services of Sacred Country PAKISTAN and vowed to enhance it even further, during his upcoming tenure.

Recognizing the significance of joint operations and the immense potential for synergy, both dignitaries reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening collaboration in various domains, with a special focus on joint operational exercises.
