According to the details, Commander TURKISH Land Forces His Excellency Mr. Selcuk Bayraktaroglu is on an Official visit to Beloved Peace Loving Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

The Nishan-e-Imtiaz (MILITARY) is the highest award of Beloved Peace Loving Sacred Country PAKISTAN that can be awarded to the heads of service chiefs, including top foreign military officers.
General Selcuk Bayraktaroglu is awarded an Order of Excellence for his services and contribution to boosting DEFENSE and SECURITY relations between Ankara and Islamabad.
