CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza has offered the deepest Condolences and grief over the Sad Demise of Former PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF, Ex-CNS Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi, who breath his last at Islamabad on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official Statement.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR, CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza extended his deepest condolences on the Sade Demise of Former CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi.

“General Nadeem Raza, CJCSC, has offered deepest condolences on the sad demise of former Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi (Retd). “My thoughts &  prayers are with bereaved family. May ALLAH rest the departed soul in eternal peace,  Ameen”, CJCSC,” DG ISPR quoted CJCSC General Nadeem Raza.

Former CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi is the Pioneer and the finest Soldier of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, who earned the distinction of being PAKISTAN’s First Ever Commanding Officer of PAKISTAN’s Very First Attack Submarine dubbed PNS GHAZI.

Former CNS Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi got commissioned in PAKISTAN NAVY back in November 1948 in Operations Branch. He Completed his education at Britannia Royal Naval College Dartmouth and National Defense College, PAKISTAN.

Throughout his remarkable and illustrious career, he commanded several Strategically important Command Appointments, including Vice CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (V/CNS) and Deputy CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (D/CNS) (Operations).

In recognition of his Meritorious Services towards his Sacred Country PAKISTAN, Ex-CNS Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi decorated with the Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military) and Sitara-e-Jurrat.

PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi, PAKISTAN AIR CHIEF, CHIEF OF AIR STAFF Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar and PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa also extended their deep condolences over the Sad Demise of Ex-CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi.
