PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) Gen Asim Munir Witnesses The Live Firing Of Hi-Tech VT-4 MBTs And Shoot And Scoot Capabilities Of Nuclear Capable Long Range SH-15 Howitzers During Visit to Tilla Firing Ranges Near Jhelum:
PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir witnessed the Live Firing and Manoeuvres of the VT-4 Main Battle Tanks and Shoot and Scoot capabilities of Nuclear Capable Long Range SH-15 Artillery Guns during high-profile and important visit to the Tilla Firing Ranges near Jhelum on Wednesday, August 9th 2023, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in an Official Statement.
On his arrival, PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir was warmly Welcomed, Greeted and Received by the Lieutenant General Ayman Bilal Safdar.
COAS General Syed Asim Munir visited Tilla Field Firing Ranges near Jhelum today. PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir witnessed Live Fire and manoeuvres of the advanced VT-4 Main Battle Tanks (MBTs), shoot and scoot capabilities of Nuclear Capable long range SH-15 artillery guns and innovative equipment display.
On the occasion, PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir highly appreciated the Combat Proficiency of the crews and their Mastery over state of the art weaponry during the visit.
PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir was also briefed in detail on the Operational Readiness and Combat Preparedness of the PAK ARMY Strike Corps during the visit.
“COAS appreciated high degree of professionalism, battle worthiness and offensive spirit displayed by the troops of the Strike Corps,” DG ISPR said.
COAS remarked that “PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES alive to the existing and emerging challenges and possessed the wherewithal to thwart nefarious designs of its adversaries through the entire gamut of threat”.
During the visit, PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir highly appreciated the degree of Offensive Spirit, Battle Worthiness and Professionalism of PAK ARMED FORCES by the troops of PAKISTAN ARMY Strike Corps.
