PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir, who is on an Official visit to PAKISTAN Iron Brother AZERBAIJAN, held One on One High-Profile and important meetings with the Top Civilian and MILITARY Leadership during official visit to PAKISTAN Iron Brother AZERBAIJAN, including PAKISTAN Iron Brother AZERBAIJAN President His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev on Wednesday, Nov 1 2023, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in an Official Statement.
During visit to the General Staff Headquarters, the PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir was warmly welcomed and presented with the Guard of Honor by the Smart Contingent of AZERBAIJANI ARMED FORCES. COAS General Asim Munir also laid floral wreath at Alley of Martyrs at Baku and paid Rich and Glorious Tribute to the Martyrs of PAKISTAN Iron Brother AZERBAIJAN.
During the visit, the PAK ARMY CHIEF General Asim Munir held One on One high-profile and important meetings with the President of PAKISTAN Iron Brother AZERBAIJAN His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, Defense Minister Colonel General Hasanov Zakir Asgar oglu, 1st Deputy Minister Colonel General Valiyev Karim Tofig oglu & Chief of General Staff Colonel General Karim Valiyev and Commander of AZERBAIJAN AIR FORCE Lieutenant general Ramiz Tahirov.
During the meetings, the dignitaries on both sides discuss the ‘Regional and Trans-Regional Security Issues, and issues encompassing on enhancing cooperation in the fields of Security, Defense and Training.
COAS General Asim Munir appreciated the high morale and remarkable standard of operational readiness of Brave and Valiant AZERBAIJANI ARMED FORCES.
Political and military leadership of PAKISTAN Iron Brother AZERBAIJAN acknowledged continued Unshakable and Unflinching support of Sacred Country PAKISTAN to PAKISTAN Iron Brother AZERBAIJAN and vowed to enhance mutual cooperation between the Brave ARMED FORCES of both ISLAMIC Iron Brother Countries, Sacred Country PAKISTAN and PAKISTAN Iron Brother AZERBAIJAN to a whole new level.
