COAS General Bajwa Inaugurates Burraq Combat Skills Training Complex (BCSTC) Aimed At Enhancing Proficiency Of Strike Corps:
PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa inaugurated Burraq Combat Skills Training Complex (BCSTC) in Gujranwala on Wednesday, Sep 16, 2020, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR said in an official statement on Twitter.

The newly inaugurated Burraq Combat Skills Training Complex (BCSTC) by PAK ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa is a state of the art facility aimed at enhancing the crew proficiency of mechanized elements to overcome the major obstacles encountered during the high kinetic offensive operations.

In a series of tweets posted by the ISPR, DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar announced that during the high profile visit of COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa to Gujranwala, he thoroughly briefed about matters related to troops training, operations.
COAS General Bajwa also briefed about the administrative Central Command Formations during the visit.
“COAS visited Gujranwala today. COAS was briefed about operational, training and administrative matters of the Central Command Formations. Later, COAS inaugurated Burraq Combat Skills Training Complex (BCSTC) aimed at enhancing mechanized elements’ crew proficiency in,” DG ISPR said.
“Overcoming obstacles encountered during offensive operations. COAS also witnessed integrated training of the strike formation. All elements including Armored, Artillery, Engineers and Mechanized Infantry demonstrated operational combat worthiness,” DG ISPR further added.

During the visit, PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa also witnessed the integrated training of the strike corps and all its formations, including the Armored, Artillery, Mechanizes Infantry, and Engineer Formations demonstrated operational combat exercise.
COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly appreciated and lauded the Morale, Technical Expertise and Operational Readiness of Strike Corps and its Formations.
During the occasion, Corps Commander Gujranwala Lieutenant General Syed Asim Munir and Corps Commander Mangla were also present during the inauguration of Burraq Combat Skills Training Complex (BCSTC).
