COAS General Bajwa Visits North And South Waziristan Districts:

CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the North and Waziristan Districts and spent full a day with Troops, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement on the official Twitter Account.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head Inter-Services Public Relations or ISPR, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited South and North Waziristan districts and was thoroughly briefed on the progress of socio economic development projects, stabilization operations, opening of border terminals and Border management regime.

COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa spent full day on forward positions with troops in Mirali in North Waziristan and Asman Manza in South Waziristan districts.

While interaction with the Jawans and Officers, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly commended and lauded the strong resolve, professionalism and commitment of troop’s busy fighting indian state sponsored and indian state funded terrorist elements in North and South Waziristan districts of PAKISTAN.

On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa lauded professionalism of troops in ensuring the safe, secure and conducive environments for the implementation of writ of Government in the newly merged tribal districts.

COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa categorically made it clear that PAKISTAN is fully committed to peace and stability in the region and playing its due part and role by solidify and erecting the border security management and capacity enhancements of Frontier Corps and Law Enforcement Agencies in North and South Waziristan districts.

“We have to remain vigilant and steadfast to thwart hostile attempts to create chaos and reverse the gains of Operation Radd ul Fasaad,” COAS said.

Later, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa interacted with the prominent tribal elders at Mir Ali.

During the interaction, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly lauded the unflinching resolve and support of Patriotic Tribal Elders in the ongoing fight against indian state funded and indian state sponsored terrorism in the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

“To continue the journey towards enduring peace and development, we need to stay determined and united,” COAS added during interacting with tribal elders of North and South Waziristan.

COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that the hard-earned diplomacy will be retained and would be enhanced with the help of collective and collaborative efforts of the Patriotic Local Populations, the Civil Administration and the Law Enforcement Agencies.
