COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa Visits Logistics Installations In Rawalpindi:
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the Logistics Installations in Rawalpindi on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DGISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the DGISPR, the COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa was thoroughly briefed regarding the up-gradation of existing infrastructure and he was also informed and updated about the various current and future projects.
On the occasion, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly appreciated and lauded the commitment and performance of Logistics Installation Staff in providing top of the class services and facilities.
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly appreciated and lauded the indigenous maintenance and development program of various equipment to facilitate the one window operation.
“COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa appreciated the indigenous development and maintenance program of diverse equipment and concept of one window operation for enhancing operational efficiency,” DGISPR said.
Earlier on arrival Logistics Installations, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was warmly Greeted, Welcomed and Received by the Chief of Logistics Staff Lieutenant General Azhar Saleh Abbasi and Quarter Master General (QMG) Lieutenant General Aamir Abbasi.
Earlier on the same day, CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza participated in the National Seminar on “Global, Strategic and Socio-Economic Impacts of COVID-19 and PAKISTAN”.
CJCSC General Nadeem Raza, in his address, highly appreciated and lauded the appropriate and timely strategies and response to contain and control the Covid-19 Pandemic.
CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza thanked the President of Institute of Strategic Studies, Research and Analysis (ISSRA) and National Defense University (NDU) to organize the seminar to study the challenges and to devise strategies with innovative ideas for combined National Effort.
