PAK ARMY CHIEF, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visits Corps Headquarter Peshawar and said that the Sacrifices of Our Martyrs will not go in vain and Peace will prevail in the Sacred Country PAKISTAN on Friday, January 21, 2022, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details, PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa paid a high-profile and important visit to the Corps Headquarters Peshawar on Friday.
Upon arrival at the Corps Headquarter Peshawar, the CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was warmly welcomed, received and greeted by the Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid.
“The COAS was given a detailed briefing on the prevailing security situation, progress on development works in newly merged districts and PAK-Afghan border fencing,” DG ISPR said.

On the occasion, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed reiterated the unshakable and firm resolve of the PAKISTAN ARMY to fight against indian state funded and indian state sponsored terrorism till the elimination of this menace of terrorism from the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
While paying to the Brave Tribesmen, officers and Soldiers of PAKISTAN ARMY, Frontier Corps, Levies, Khasadar and Police.
“Sacrifices of Shuhada [martyrs] will not go in vain and complete peace will return to PAKISTAN,” DG ISPR quoted COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

On the occasion, the PAK ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa also highly appreciated and lauded the efforts of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES for providing foolproof security for the various socio-economic development projects in the newly-merged districts and sustainable progress of the area.
“The army chief also appreciated security forces for providing enabling environment for the completion of socio-economic development projects in the newly-merged districts, vital for enduring stability and sustainable progress of the area,” DG ISPR continued.
