COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa Witnesses The Strike Corps Drills At Southern Command Multan:

CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa witnesses the drills of PAKISTAN ARMY’s formidable Strike Corps during the visit at the Southern Command Multan, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head, the DG ISPR, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the HQ Southern Command Multan, where he witnessed the drills of Strike Corps.

The Strike Corps practiced drills involving crossing major water obstacles, which is in line of their offensive maneuver strategy.

Strike Corps is the most powerful and important corps of PAKISTAN ARMY and has a decisive say in any type of conventional or hybrid war.

While interacting with the troops, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that such offensive maneuver exercises significantly help to further enhance the interoperability and the professionalism of the troop involved in the exercise.

“COAS said that such exercises enhance confidence of troops and hone professional skills for enhancing their optimal combat potential. PAKISTAN ARMY, is a well-trained and battle hardened cohesive force ready to take on any challenge confronting defense and security of PAKISTAN, COAS remarked,” DG ISPR said.

COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa further said that PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES are battle hardened cohesive force that is ready to tackle any challenge posed to the internal and external security of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

“COAS remarked. Despite challenges, our focus remains on enhancing conventional capability of PAKISTAN ARMY, including ISR, Air Defense, Cyber & mechanization, COAS reiterated. Only a well-trained army equipped with future battlefield technologies can safeguard sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country, COAS emphasized.

COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa added that despite the challenges, PAKISTAN ARMY continues to enhance and boost it conventional capability, including Air Defense, ISR, Cyber & mechanization.

COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa added that only a well-trained ARMED FORCES can successfully cope the challenges of the future complex and hybrid battlefield in an efficient manner.
