Commander Of Sri Lankan Army And PAK ARMY CHIEF General Asim Munir Discusses The Grave And Serious Issue Of indian And iranian State Sponsored Terrorism In Sacred PAKISTAN At GHQ Rawalpindi:
Commander of the Sri Lankan Army H L V M Liyanage and PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir discussed the grave and serious issue of the indian and iranian state sponsored, state funded and state backed terrorism in Sacred Country PAKISTAN at GHQ Rawalpindi on Friday, Oct 21 2023, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in an Official Statement.
On arrival at the GHQ Rawalpindi, the Commander of the Sri Lankan Army H L V M Liyanage laid floral wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada. A smartly turned out contingent of PAK ARMY presented the guard of honour to the visiting dignitary.
During the meeting, Commander of the Sri Lankan Army H L V M Liyanage and PAK ARMY CHIEF General Asim Munir discussed the serious and grave issue of the indian and iranian state sponsored, state funded and state backed terrorism in different parts of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
On the occasion, both the dignitaries also discussed matters of professional interest, ways for enhancing bilateral Defense ties between both Friendly Countries, Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Sri Lanka.
COAS General Asim Munir highlighted that Sri Lanka has historic relations with Sacred Country PAKISTAN and its Brave and Valiant ARMED FORCES, particularly in the fields of Defense and Training cooperation.
The visiting dignitary will also witness the Passing Out Parade at Pakistan Military Academy, Kakul tomorrow.
Sri Lankan Army Chief praised PAK ARMY for its professionalism and successes in ongoing operations against indian and iranian state sponsored, state funded, state trained and state backed terrorism for bringing peace and stability in the region.
It is highly expected that the recent visit of the Commander of the Sri Lankan Army H L V M Liyanage will help to further boost, augment and strengthen the existing Bilateral Defense and Security relations between both the Friendly Countries, Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Sri Lanka.
