Iron Brothers PAKISTAN And CHINA Inks Nuclear Agreement To Further Strengthen The Strategic Partnership Between Two All Weather Allies:
More Blessings for the Best and Great 220 Million PAKISTANI Nation as PAKISTAN has inked a Nuclear agreement with its Iron Brother CHINA in order to further strengthen the Strategic partnership between both the Iron Brother Countries and All Weather Allies.
According to the details, PAKISTAN Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) and CHINA’s Zhongyuan Engineering Cooperation have signed the legal framework agreement with the aim to further deepen the Nuclear Energy Cooperation between both the Brotherly Countries.
The Nuclear Agreement between both Iron Brothers, PAKISTAN and CHINA, was finalized through virtual mode back in August 20, 2021 and ultimately both the countries officially signed the contract on September 8, 2021.
The Nuclear Agreement between PAKISTAN and CHINA are valid for ten years after signing the contract. The Nuclear agreement envisages supply of nuclear fuel, transfer of nuclear technology, setting up research reactors and transfer of uranium mining and technology.
According to the agreement, 4 new nuclear research reactor would be installed at different places in PAKISTAN.

The new reactors would construct under the CHINESE Hualong One Pressurize Water Reaction (HPR)-100 Technology. The Nuclear agreement will further strengthen the capability of peaceful use of Nuclear technology of PAKISTAN.
With the agreement, CHINA will also help its Iron Brother PAKISTAN in setting up technical gradation, refueling outages and spare parts.
Salient Features of Nuclear Agreement between Iron Brothers PAKISTAN and CHINA:
- Exploration and mining of uranium and training of personnel
- Nuclear technology application, including nuclear medicine, irradiation processing, radiopharmaceuticals, radioactive sources supply and manpower training
- Radioactive management resources and assistance, including decommissioning of nuclear facilities, radioactive waste transport and disposal and radiation protection measures
- Lifetime nuclear fuel supply and supply of initial refueling fuel assemblies and associated core components
- setting up of the miniature Neutron source reactor
It is pertinent to mention that the Nuclear Agreement between Iron Brothers PAKISTAN and CHINA will grant unprecedented access to PAKISTAN over nuclear capability in terms of material, technology and training.
The recent agreement of PAKISTAN and CHINA will significantly help the Nuclear Industry Chain of PAKISTAN by setting up additional research plants, supply of Nuclear Fuel, aiding nuclear exploration, supply of nuclear technology applications and nuclear waste management.
