Minister of Defense Nigeria H.E Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi (Retd) Held One On One Important Meeting With COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa At GHQ Rawalpindi:
Minister of Defense Nigeria His Excellency Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi (Retd) held One on One important meeting with CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarters (GHQ), Rawalpindi on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details, the Minister of Defense Nigeria H.E Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi visits GHQ Rawalpindi and meets with the COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
During the meeting, both the Dignitaries discussed matters pertaining to ‘Mutual and Professional Interest”, including the recent regional security situation.
“During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security situation and bilateral cooperation were discussed,” DG ISPR said in an official statement.
Both the Dignitaries also discussed the ways to further enhance the Bilateral Defense and Security relations between both the Brotherly ISLAMIC Countries, PAKISTAN and Nigeria.
“COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that PAKISTAN views Nigeria as a key country in African continent and we appreciate Nigeria’s role towards regional peace,” DG ISPR quoted COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
On the occasion, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa categorically made it clear that the Sacred Country PAKISTAN views Brotherly ISLAMIC Country Nigeria as a Key country in African Continent and PAKISTAN appreciates the role of Nigeria in maintaining regional peace and stability.
During the meeting, the visiting dignitary, Minister of Defense Nigeria His Excellency Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi (Retd), highly appreciated the role of PAKISTAN in maintaining regional peace and stability.
“The visiting dignitary appreciated PAKISTAN’s role in regional stability and ensured to play his role for further improvement in diplomatic cooperation with PAKISTAN at all levels,” DG ISPR continued.
The visiting dignitary, Minister of Defense Nigeria His Excellency Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi (Retd), also ensured to play his due role for further improvement in Defense, Security and Bilateral Cooperation with the Brotherly ISLAMIC Country at all levels.
