PAKISTAN And CHINA Signs Pact To Enhance Defense Cooperation Between Two Iron Brother Countries:

Minister of National Defense CHINA General Wei Fenghe, who is on an official visit to PAKISTAN, calls on CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters. During the visit, PAKISTAN and CHINA signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for enhancing Defense Cooperation between the two Iron Brother Countries, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement on the official Twitter Handler.

Upon arrival, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa warmly received, welcomed and greeted the visiting dignitary Minister of National Defense CHINA H.E General Wei Fenghe.

During the meeting, both the dignitaries discuss the recent regional security situation, matters of mutual interest and the steps to further increase the existing bilateral relations between the two Brotherly Countries.

During the meeting, the visiting CHINESE Dignitary General Wei Fenghe Minister of National Defense CHINA acknowledges the precious sacrifices and he lauded the sincere and firm resolve of PAKISTAN ARMY to maintain regional peace and security in the region.

According to the details released by PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing ISPR, the Minister of National Defense CHINA General Wei Fenghe also appreciated the firm resolve, commitment and dedication of PAKISTAN ARMY to provide foolproof security to the PAKISTAN and CHINA Flagship project named as CHINA PAKISTAN Economic Corridor (CPEC).

On the occasion, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly lauded and thanked the National Defense Minister of CHINA for providing the unwavering support to PAKISTAN on all key International and regional issues.

“We have been standing together all along, and our relations will be no different in the wake of future challenges,” DG ISPR Quoted COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

“PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES greatly value the times tested and Brotherly relations with CHINA,” COAS General Bajwa reiterated the firm resolve.

During the meeting, both the dignitaries also lauded the different matters related to changing the geostrategic environment and both sides also agreeing on several steps in principal for further strengthening the military to military and Defense relations between the two Iron Brother Countries.

Both sides reaffirmed their firm resolve and commitment of All Weather Friendship and being the Iron Brothers to forge deeper strategic ties for mutually shared security vision and future.

Earlier upon arrival at the GHQ, the Minister of National Defense General Wei Fenghe laid a floral wreath of Yadgar-e-Shuhada to pay rich tribute to the Sacred Martyrs of this Great Country, who have laid down their lives for the Sake and Protection of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

A smartly turned out contingent of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES presented the Guard of Honor to the visiting CHINESE Dignitary.

CHINA is an Iron Brother and All Weather Strategic Partner of PAKISTAN. Both the Brotherly and Friendly Countries enjoy decades of time tested Brotherhood and Friendship and various Key International and Regional Issues. The recent visit of the CHINESE Minister of Defense to Brotherly Country PAKISTAN will significantly help to strengthen the existing Bilateral Defense Relations between the Two Iron Brother Countries.
