PAKISTAN Participates In International Military Flight Training Conference 2021 In CHINA:
PAKISTAN participates in the International Military Flight Training Conference 2021 hosted by the CHINESE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE (PLAAF) held in Zhuhai, CHINA on Thursday, September 30, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DGPR AIR FORCE said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE Media Wing Head, a total of 49 countries, including PAKISTAN, are participating in the International Military Flight Training Conference 2021, which is being held in Zhuhai, CHINA.
The International Military Flight Training Conference 2021 is hosted by the CHINESE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE (PLAAF).
A total of 12 CHINESE and foreign guests from different Military and Civilian domains delivers speeches around the theme of “Talent, Innovation, Collaboration, Development” at the International Military Flight Training Conference 2021.
“In face of current global and regional security situation, the ever-changing dynamic warfare and new technologies, CHINA and PAKISTAN, together with their air forces, have maintained close cooperation and supported each other in every operation,” PAKISTAN AIR CHIEF, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar said.
A top senior official of CHINESE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE (PLAAF) said in the conference that the future complex hybrid intelligentized air warfare and the overall air force developments have settled new requirements for the competence and professionalism of pilots.
He further added that the CHINESE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE (PLAAF) is engaged in putting forward the concept of new-type pilots following the guideline that armament development, commanding system and talent acquisition should be proceed in synchronization and coordination.
“The air force development and future intelligentized air battles have put forward new requirements for the competence of pilots, and the PLAAF is engaged in the forwarding production of new-type pilots following the guideline that talent cultivation, commanding system, and armaments development should proceed in coordination,” CHINA Military Online said.
The Vice President of CHINESE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE (PLAAF) Command College Li Xiaocheng said that “Cultivating air force commanders for the era of intelligent air battle will be an important brand-new topic in the development of air force.”
“The simulated training mode will be upgraded from “simulation + network” to “virtual + intelligent”, and the training exercise pattern will be evolved from “live-fire confrontation” to “virtual-real combined intelligent confrontation”, with the training assessment upgraded from “manual-based” to “intelligent-based,” Vice President of CHINESE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE (PLAAF) Command College Li Xiaocheng added.
The Head of the Training Bureau under the PLAAF Staff Headquarters, Hao Jingwen said that the CHINESE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE or PLAAF is now upgrading its very basic concept of its combat equipment, talent acquisition and flight training concept at a much faster pace in par and in line with the science and technology innovation.
It is pertinent to mention that CHINESE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE or PLAAF has started the International Military Flight Training Conference back in 2010.
CHINESE PLAAF started the International Military Flight Training Conference as an International forum for exchanging practice and views on the acquisition of flight talent and the development of aviation and flight training equipment.
Since 2010, the International Military Flight Conference held biennially and it has held a total of six times.
