PAKISTAN NAVY Launches The Sacred Country PAKISTAN’s Indigenously Developed Fourth And Final MILGEM-Class Heavily Armed Stealth Warship PNS TARIQ In A Graceful Ceremony In Karachi:
PAKISTAN NAVY has launched the Sacred Country PAKISTAN’s indigenously developed Fourth and Final MILGEM-Class Heavily Armed Stealth Warship PNS TARIQ in a graceful and prestigious ceremony at NAVAL Shipyard in Karachi on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an Official Statement.
According to the details, Sacred Country PAKISTAN’s indigenously developed 4th and final MILGEM-Class Highly Capable Stealth Warship PNS TARIQ launched in a graceful ceremony at NAVAL Shipyard an Karachi.
PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKIYE’s Vice President His Excellency Mr. Cevdet Yilmaz graced the Launching ceremony of PAKISTAN NAVY Hi-Tech Stealth Warship PNS TARIQ as the Chief Guest.
The PNS TARIQ is the 4th MILGEM-Class Highly capable Stealth Warship that was completely developed in the Sacred Country PAKISTAN under the Transfer of Technology (ToT) agreement between PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKIYE and TURKIYE’s Iron Brother PAKISTAN.
Under the proposed $1.5 Billion Agreement, 2 of the Stealth Warships would be constructed at Istanbul Shipyard in TURKIYE, while the other two Stealth Warships would be solely constructed at Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) in Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
The newly launched PNS TARIQ is a state of the art and hi-tech Stealth Warship that is armed to teeth with the Surface to Surface, Surface to Air and Sub-Surface munition and lethal missiles.
PAKISTAN NAVY’s newly launched PNS TARIQ able to conduct a wide a range of missions, including reconnaissance, surveillance, anti-submarine warfare, surface-to-surface and surface-to-air warfare warfare with pinpoint accuracy.
The propulsion system for all the MILGEM ships consist of one LM2500 gas turbine in a combined diesel and gas turbine configuration with two diesel engines; total propulsion power is 31,600 kilowatts.
The addition of the PNS TARIQ would significantly strengthen the Offensive Capability of PAKISTAN NAVAL COMBAT FLEET against the terrorist country india in the next upcoming potential conflict.
The MILGEM project represents an enduring symbol of PAKISTAN-TURKIYE collaboration in the maritime domain. It is a tangible step towards self-reliance and indigenization and would fulfill the critical security needs of the PAKISTAN NAVY.
