PAKISTA NAVY Sea Sultan Brazilian Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner Long Range Maritime Patrol (LRMP) Aircraft make its maiden flight in Karachi. This is the very first time that PAKISTAN NAVY Sea Sultan LRMP Aircraft spotted in Skies of Sacred Country PAKISTAN after the induction of aircraft by PAKISTAN NAVY back in September 2, 2020.

PAKISTAN NAVY has named the Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft as Sea Sultan is basically a state of the art twin-engine aircraft manufactured by the Brazilian Aerospace Giant Embraer.

Embraer used the Lineage 1000 Jetliner for PAKISTAN’s Sea Sultan LRMP and the same aircraft has been used globally for different air operations.

The Sea Sultan LRMP Aircraft is a state of the art aircraft that is packed with the latest sensors, radars and cutting-edge weaponry to carry out the complex maritime operations. The prime role of the Sea Sultan Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft is to detect, track and locate the submarine and other enemy sea-based assets in the Sacred Maritime Frontiers of PAKISTAN.

PAKISTAN NAVY has initially placed a contract for the acquisition of a total 3 numbers of Embraer Lineage 1000 jets. The delivery of the first Anti-submarine Warfare Aircraft (ASWA) to PAKISTAN has already been made.

Under the proposed contract, the South African leading Global Defense and Security Company, Paramount Group, was responsible to pack the PAKISTAN NAVY’s Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner with the hi-tech Anti-Ship Cruise missiles, torpedoes and the depth charges.

The Paramount Group has procured the sophisticated equipment for PAKISTAN’s Sea Sultan LRMP from the Italian Defense Giant, Leonardo, that is a leading Defense, Aerospace and Security company.

PAKISTAN NAVY has a plan to add at least 10 numbers of Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner in its arsenal after the necessary modification.

After getting all the 10 LRMP aircrafts, PAKISTAN NAVY will phase out the aging US-made Orion P-3C Orion Anti-Submarine and Maritime Surveillance (ASMS) Aircraft.

The induction Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner will significantly boost the Offensive and Defense Capability of PAKISTAN NAVY against its arch-rival, india.

The Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner has been converted according to the strict requirements and criteria of PAKISTAN NAVY. It has a total weight of 54,500 KG, empty weight of 32,133 KG and a maximum landing weight of 45,800 Kilograms in total.

Earlier on October 20, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY successfully tracked, locate and forced the indian navy Scorpene class submarine to come on the surface after it was trying to dispatch the indian sponsored terrorists in PAKISTAN to carry out major terrorist activities in PAKISTAN on the direct behest of indian government and top leadership of indian armed forces.
