PAKISTAN NAVY Successfully Inducts Highly Advanced PNS TAIMUR Second Type 054 AP Stealth Warship In Its Combat Arsenal During A Gracious Ceremony Held At PAKISTAN NAVY Dockyard Karachi:
PAKISTAN NAVY, the Guardians of the Maritime Frontiers of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN, successfully inducted Highly Advanced PNS TAIMUR Stealth Warship in its Combat Arsenal during a Gracious and Prestigious ceremony held at PAKISTAN NAVY Dockyard in Karachi on Friday, August 26, 2022, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an Official statement.
PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi graced the induction ceremony of PNS TAIMUR Stealth Warship as the Chief Guest.
PAKISTAN NAVY has also inducted the PNS TUGHRIL Stealth Warship, the lead ship of Type 054A/P into the Combat Fleet of PAISTAN NAVY back in January 2022. The Stealth Warship is constructed by PAKISTAN Iron Brother CHINA.
PAKISTAN NAVY second Stealth Warship PNS TAIMUR was commissioned on 23 June 2022 at Shanghai in CHINA.
During the return passage to Sacred Country PAKISTAN, the PAKISTAN NAVY Stealth Warship PNS TAIMUR paid port calls on Hong Kong, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Malaysia and participated in the Bilateral Naval Exercise with the Naval Forces of the friendly countries.
PAKISTAN NAVY has inked the contract with its Iron Brother CHINA for the construction of 4 Numbers of Highly Advanced Type 054 AP Stealth Warships.
According to the contract, 2 of the Type 054 AP Stealth Warships would be constructed by PAKISTAN Iron Brother CHINA, while the remaining 2 Type 054 AP Stealth Warships would be constructed by Sacred Country PAKISTAN at Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) Karachi under Transfer of Technology (ToT) Agreement from PAKISTAN Iron Brother CHINA.
While addressing the participants of the PNS TAIMUR induction ceremony, the CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi said that CHINESE Type 054 AP Stealth Warships are the state of the art multi-purpose lethal and potent platform, which will continue to serve the Sacred Country PAKISTAN for the decades to come.
PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi emphasized that such projects are manifestation of the trust and mutual cooperation that exists with our time Iron Brother, Time Tested Friend and All Weather Ally PAKISTAN Iron Brother CHINA.
The Chief Guest emphasized the need to have a potent Naval Force in order to counter rising maritime challenges.
He underlined the importance of strong maritime Defense and security for PAKISTAN and reiterated that induction of state of the art ships will significantly enhance the PAKISTAN NAVY’s capability of safeguarding maritime interests of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

Later, the Chief Guest handed over the Traditional Warship’s Scroll to the Commander PAKISTAN Fleet (COMPAK) Vice Admiral Ovais Ahmed Bilgrami followed by the Prayers from ALLAH ALMIGHTY.
The induction ceremony of PNS TAIMUR was witnessed by the Worthy Guests from the Embassy of CHINA and Serving/Retired Officers of the TRI-ARMED SERVICES of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
