PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS TUGHRIL Conducts MALPAK Bilateral Naval Exercise With Royal Malaysian Navy In Malacca Strait:
PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS TUGHRIL, which PAKISTAN acquired from its Iron Brother CHINA, visited the Lamut Naval Base in Malaysia as part of good will and Flag Showing Mission and participates in the Bilateral Naval Exercise MALPAK with the Royal Malaysian Navy in Malacca Strait on Saturday, December 11, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement.
According to the details, the newly acquired state of the art Warship PNS TUGHRIL of PAKISTAN NAVY paid Flag Showing and Good Will visit to the Brotherly ISLAMIC Country Malaysia.
“Upon arrival at port, PAKISTAN NAVY Warship TUGHRIL was received by Defense Attaché of PAKISTAN at Kuala Lumpur and senior officials from Royal Malaysian Navy,” DGPR NAVY said.
Upon arrival at the Malaysian Naval Base of Lamut, the visiting PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS TUGHRIL was warmly Welcomed, Greeted and Received by the Top Senior Officials from Royal Malaysian Navy and the Defense Attaché of PAKISTAN at Kuala Lumpur.
The recent visit of PNS TUGHRIL to Brotherly ISLAMIC Country Malaysia consists of two phases, including the sea phase and harbor phase.
In the harbor phase, Top Senior Naval Officials from Both the Brotherly ISLAMIC Countries will hold the table top discussions and the matters pertaining to professional and mutual interest.
On the other hand, the sea phase included the conduct of the Bilateral Naval Exercise dubbed as MALPAK.
“Whereas, sea phase included conduct of bilateral exercise MALPAK in which PNS TUGHRIL along with three Ships and a Helicopter participated from Royal Malaysian Navy,” DGPR NAVY continued.
A bilateral exercise MALPAK was conducted b/t both navies in which 03 Ships & a Helicopter participated from Royal Malaysian Navy.This Visit provided an opportunity for both countries to further enhance the existing close diplomatic ties & cordial relations. (2/2)

During the MALPAK Bilateral Naval Exercise, PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS TUGHRIL and three Naval Warship of the Royal Malaysian Navy, along with the ASW helicopter, will participate in the exercise.
The recent visit of the PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS TUGHRIL to Brotherly ISLAMIC Country Malaysia will provide a rare opportunity for both the Brotherly ISLAMIC Countries to further augment and strengthen their close relations in different domains, including the Defense Security.
