Ukrainian Defense Giant Motor Sich all set to sell 50% stakes of the company to a TURKISH Defense Firm, Ukrainian local news site Chas News confirmed the news citing sources.

The potential sale of 50% stakes to a TURKISH Defense Firm was discussed between the TURKISH President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy in TURKISH Capital Ankara.
It is pertinent to mention that the Ukrainian Defense Giant Motor Sich is one of the world’s largest manufacturer of Missile Engines, Helicopters and Multi-purpose Airplanes.
Motor Sich manufactured engines for World Heavy weight Cargo Plane Antonov 225. Furthermore, it also manufactures the Engines of “Mi” and “Ka” Series of Helicopters used by dozens of Countries across the globe.

The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy paid an official visit to PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKEY to attend the ninth consecutive meeting of the TURKEY-Ukraine High level Strategic Cooperation Council.
Previously, Motor Sich was already collaborating the TURKISH Defense Giant to produce the Engines for TURKISH Drones, especially the TURKISH Baraktar TB2 Combat Drone.
A news site reported that Ukraine is interested to buy 48 numbers of Bayraktar TB2 Drones from PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKEY.

Ukraine has also bought different Drones from TURKEY for Military purposes and has shown its interest to buy other variants, thus opening the possibilities for the joint collaboration in the domain.
Furthermore, Ukraine is also already working to build the Engine of TURKISH next Generation Combat Helicopter ATAK-2 with the collaboration of TURKISH Defense Giant TURKISH Aerospace Industries or TAI.
It is pertinent to mention that Ukrainian Defense Giant Motor Sich is currently facing a financial crunch and Ukrainian Government is doing its level best to regain control over the company and streamline its operations.
Motor Sich is currently running under the management of another Ukrainian Defense Giant Ukroboronprom after the direction of the Ukrainian Government.
