CNS Admiral Abbasi Acknowledges PAF Support In Boosting Maritime Defense Of Country:

CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi calls on PAKISTAN CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan at Air Headquarters Islamabad, DG PR said in an official press release.

Earlier, upon arrival, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi was warmly welcomed, received and greeted by the CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan.

A smartly turned out contingent of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE presented the Guard of Honor to the visiting dignitary.

Later, CNS Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi called on CAS Air Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan in his office.

During the meeting different matters related to the recent regional security and professional interests were discussed.

During the discussion, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) highly acknowledged the support of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE in strengthening and boosting the maritime defense of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

PAF PRESS RELEASE NAVAL CHIEF VISITS AIR HEADQUARTERS 29 SEPTEMBER, 2020: Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi, visited Air Headquarters, Islamabad today. On arrival, he was received by Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force. A smartly turned out contingent of PAF presented him guard of honour. The Naval Chief laid floral wreath on martyrs’ monument to pay homage to PAF martyrs who laid down their lives for the defence of the motherland. Later on, Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi called on Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan in his office. Various matters pertaining to regional security and professional interest were discussed during the meeting. The Air Chief lauded various indigenous projects being undertaken by Pakistan Navy in the recent years, which have transformed it into a potent force. The Air Chief also reiterated to augment the existing synergy between the sister services and taking it to further heights. During the occasion, PAKISTAN CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) also reiterated to further augment the existing synergy between the sister services of PAKISTAN NAVY, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE and PAKISTAN ARMY and to take steps to take it to further heights.

CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi also laid the floral wreath at the Martyr’s Monument to pay Tribute and Homage to the Fallen Angels of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF), who laid down their Sacred Lives for the sake of the Defense of this Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
