CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan paid a farewell call on CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at Generals Headquarter (GHQ), Rawalpindi on Tuesday, March 17, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement on the Official statement.

Upon his arrival at the GHQ Rawalpindi, CAS Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan was given a Guard of Honor by the smartly turned out contingent upon his arrival at the Generals Headquarter (GHQ).

CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan also laid the floral wreath at the Yadgar-e-Shuhada to pay rich and glorious tribute to the Sacred Martyrs of this Sacred Country PAKISTAN, who laid down their Sacred Lives for the Sake of their Sacred Country and its People.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly lauded and commended the remarkable and distinctive services of the CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan.

COAS General Bajwa highly lauded the CAS Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan during his long, remarkable, exemplary and illustrious career, especially his role during the Operation Swift Retort when the Brave Falcons of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE not only manage to destroy indian MiG 21 Bison and SU-30MKI Aircraft, but all the respect, dignity and honor, if they had any, on the eve of February 27 indian Surprise and humiliation day.

On the occasion, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly lauded and commended the role of CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan for his critical role and support in the fight against the indian state sponsored and indian state funded terrorism in the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

“COAS thanked the CAS for his services to the Nation during a long and illustrious career. COAS also appreciated CAS’s dynamic leadership and professionalism displayed during op “Swift Retort” and critical support rendered in fight against terrorism,” DG ISPR said.

COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa added that because of the quality leadership and immense efforts of CAS Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE today is Second to None as per the wishes and Aspiration of Sacred Founder of this Sacred Country PAKISTAN QUAID-E-AZAM MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH.

“Because of his immense efforts and quality leadership, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) today is a force second to none,” DG ISPR added.

It is pertinent to mention that the CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan will formally hand over the Command of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) to the new PAKISTAN AIR FORCE CHIEF on March 18th, 2021.
