PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKIYE’s newest Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone makes history by destroying Sea-based Designated Mobile Target with Pinpoint Accuracy at an altitude of 45,118 Ft.
The Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone flew at an altitude of 45,118 feet or 13, 716 meters, which is unmatched with any of the existing drone in the world.
TURKISH Defense Giant Bayraktar showed a video in which the Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone, powered by the Two 750 HP engines, engaged sea-based target by using the massive 500 lbs. KGK SIHA 82 Wing-Assistance Guidance Kit to the sea-based designated target.
In the video, it can be seen that before launching the Missile Strike on the designated sea-based target, which was laser marked by the TURKISH TB2 Combat Drone flying sub-clouds.
In the second part of the video, the 500 lbs. KGK SIHA 82 Wing Assistance Guidance Kit Bomb successfully opens its wing in the mid-air and successfully destroyed the designated Sea-Based target with pinpoint accuracy.
The Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone flew at an altitude of 45,118 Feet, which is an unmatched record for any of the existing combat drone in the world.
The Telemetry antenna on the ground and the electro-optical camera mounted on the Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone confirmed that the ammunition of massive 340 Kilograms (750 lbs.) successfully hit the designated target from a distance of 30 kilometers with pinpoint accuracy.
The KGK-SIHA 82 is a lethal smart ammunition that has been developed by the TÜBITAK Defense Industries Research and Development (SAGE).
According to the Bayraktar, the Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone, took off on June 21 to perform various tests, including high-altitude test, endurance and high-speed tests, that were performed in the presence of the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) and Air Force Command.
During the test, the TURKIYE’s Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone broke the record for achieving the highest ever altitude of 45,118 feet, a feat that has been unmatched by any of the existing combat drones ever built in the world.
During the tests, the Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone successfully returned to the AKINCI Flight Training and Test Centre after successfully completing the test flight of 20 hours and 23 minutes in TURKIYE’s Northwestern Çorlu district.
It is pertinent to mention that the earlier version of Bayraktar AKINCI A Model, powered by the two 450 HP engines, also makes history by reaching at an altitude of 38,039 feet during the test carried out on July 8, 2021.
During the test, the Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone successfully covers the total mileage of 6,406 Kilometres or 3980 miles in total during the flight.
The Bayraktar AKINCI Heavyweight Combat Drone is TURKIYE’s another Next Generation and Highly Sophisticated Combat Drone that is making another history, after the immense success of TURKIYE’s TB2 Medium Altitude Long Range Combat Drone.
