Why indian Rafale Jets Stands No Chance Against JF-17 Thunder Block-III Jets:
Every Defense Expert of the world is now analyzing the comparison between PAKISTAN’s indigenous 4.5++ Gen JF-17 Block-III Jet and indian Rafale Jets. PAKISTAN’s new JF-17 Thunder is leaps and bounds ahead of its earlier versions.
The JF-17 Thunder Block-III version will give a much needed heavy punch to PAKISTAN AIR FORCE over all its adversaries, including indian air force.
Recently, indian air force warned about the shortcomings of the Rafale fighter Jets in comparison to the PAKISTAN’s indigenous and star JF-17 Thunder Multi-role combat aircraft.
The statement from the chief of indian air force comes after the year, since the brave falcons of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE successfully humiliated and destroyed the indian force in broad daylight and in front of the whole world.
The upgraded version of CHINA-PAKISTAN JF-17 Thunder Multi-role Combat Aircraft will inherent various technologies from high-end CHINESE J-35 Long Range Heavy Stealth Jet, including the integrated cockpit display, holographic wide-angle head-up display and advanced electronic warning and countermeasure system.
The JF-17 Block-III will be equipped with the CHINESE KLJ-7A Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radar, upgraded weapons systems and a powerful and modified RD-93MA Engine with 9300kgf thrust.
The JF-17 Thunder Block-3 would also be equipped with the revolutionary IIR-based Infrared Homing System, which is basically an advanced Missile Warning System installed on the the modern combat aircraft.
JF-17 Block-3 would also be equipped with the advanced Infrared Search and Tracking (IRST) system.
With all these upgradations, JF-17 Block-3 would be amongst the most advanced multi-role combat jet of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE, including F-16C.

Beyond Visual Range Capabilities:
The most significant upgrade change made in the next generation of Block-3 aircraft is its Beyond Visual Range (BVR) Combat Capabilities.
The installation of KLJ-7A AESA Radar will help to simultaneously track and detect multiple enemy aerial targets from a considerable distance, but it is also has a far lower radar signature and the overall chances of jamming are very minimal.
It clearly means that both these features make the Jf-17 Block-3 a more robust, agile and capable fighter aircraft and makes it more difficult for enemy radar to track or detect it.

Speed:
The total speed of JF-17 Thunder is up to 2.0 Mach or 2470 Km/HR., which is more than Rafale’s 1.8 Mach.

Avionics:
The JF-17 Block-3 will house the state of the art Wide-area Helmet Mounted Display. The same system is used in CHINESE J-35 Long Range Stealth Jet.
Furthermore, the JF-17 Block 3 would be equipped with the new single panel multifunctional display and boasts a full glass cockpit, which is the first time used in JF-17 Block 3 variant than its predecessors of Block I and Block-II.
JF-17 Thunder Block-3 will house a small cross-section radar that will minimize the pseudo-stealthy airframe.

Integration With PL-15 Very Long Range Beyond Visual Range Missile:
Reportedly, the JF-17 Thunder will be equipped with the CHINESE PL-15 very long-ranged missile and it has caused serious anxiety in the indian air force.
The PL-15 is a lethal BVR missile. The Beyond Visual Range (BVR) capability has also caused serious worry even in the USAF and Pentagon.
The maximum range of PL-15 is much greater than the US AIM-120 AMRAAM missile, which has a maximum range of 180 Kilometres in total.
The total length of PL-15 BVR Missile is over 4 meters and it is powered by the rocket motor and a powerful radar.
Top Defense Analysts claimed that the prime objective of PL-15 very long range BVR Missile is to destroy ‘high-value aerial targets, including aerial refueling aircraft and Airborne Early Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft.
This demolition of high-value targets can easily handicapped any air force, including the United States Air Force (USAF).
The PL-15 BVR Missile uses a rocket motor in contrast with the Meteor BVR Missile used by the Rafale Jets for indian air force.
The PL-15 has a greater range than the Meteor BVR Missile due to its higher fuel capacity and it poses a grave threat to the French origin Rafale Jets, which will be used by indian air force in the future.
PL-15 BVR Missile has a greater range than the Russian R-77 BVR Missile, which is in service with the indian air service. R-77 is the same missile, which PAKISTAN AIR FORCE recovered in pieces from the wreckage of downed indian air force MiG-21 Bison jet on the eve of Feb 27 humiliation day.
US general Herbert Carlisle raised his serious concerns over the potency and lethality of PL-15 BVR Missile and stated “Look at our adversaries and what they’re developing, things like the PL-15 and the range of that weapon. The PL-15 and the range of that missile, we’ve got to be able to out-stick that missile.”
Apart from PL-15 Beyond Visual Range Air To Air Missile, JF-17 Thunder Block-3 is also fully integrated to fire other lethal BVR missiles from its platforms, including A-Darter BVR Missile, AIM 9L/M BVR Missile.
The JF-17 Thunder would also be equipped with fire PAKISTAN’s Next Generation Tactical Weapons, including RA’AD Cruise Missile.

Engine:
Reportedly, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) has selected the modified Russian RD-93MA Engine with 9300kgf thrust for its indigenous and start combat aircraft. The engine has got 1000kgf thrust more than the previous versions with 8300kgf thrust.
