Chief of Staff Bahrain National Guard (BNG), Major General Sheikh Abdul Aziz Saud Al Khalifa held One on One Important meeting with CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the Generals Headquarter (GHQ) on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head, Chief of Staff Bahrain National Guard (BNG), Major General Sheikh Abdul Azizi Saud Al Khalifa visits GHQ Rawalpindi and meets with the COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

“Major General Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Saud Al Khalifa, Chief of Staff Bahrain National Guard (BNG) called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) at GHQ, today. During the meeting, matters of mutual interests, current security situation in Afghanistan and bilateral cooperation in various fields were discussed,” DG ISPR said.

During the meeting, both the dignitaries discussed various matters pertaining to mutual and professional interest. Both the dignitaries also discussed the recent regional security situation in Afghanistan after the humiliating defeat and hasty withdrawal of US and allied forces after nearly two decades.

On the occasion, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that PAKISTAN desired to maintain long-term multi-domain relationship with Brotherly ISLAMIC Country Bahrain.

“COAS said that PAKISTAN desires to maintain the tradition of bilateral engagement and wish for long term & multi-domain enduring relationship with Bahrain,” DG ISPR quoted COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

PAK ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa emphasized that the need for global convergence on Afghanistan with coordinated and centric efforts for the economic uplift of the Afghan People.

“COAS emphasized that for regional peace and stability there is a need for global convergence on Afghanistan with coordinated efforts for economic uplift of the Afghan people,” COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

“The visiting dignitary acknowledged the professionalism of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES and vowed to enhance cooperation in various fields. He also appreciated PAKISTAN role in Afghan situation, special efforts for border management and role in regional stability,” DG ISPR continued.

During the meeting, the visiting dignitary acknowledged the professionalism of Sacred ARMED FORCES of SACRED Country PAKISTAN.

Chief of Staff Bahrain National Guard (BNG) Major General Sheikh Abdul Aziz Saud Al Khalifa also appreciated the unbiased and sincere efforts of PAKISTAN for Afghanistan and for maintaining the regional peace and stability.
