COAS General Bajwa Vows We Must Stay Abreast Of Evolving Situation And Never Lower Our Guard Whatsoever:

PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa paid high-profile visit to Corps Headquarters Mangla on Thursday, July 8, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Corps Headquarter Mangla and briefed about the training, combat preparedness and battle readiness of the troops.

COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa also lauded the performance of troops in the recent Corps level War Games aimed at enhancing and imparting operational plans in the complex hybrid warfare environment.

“COAS was also apprised of the ongoing Corps War Games aimed at evaluating operational plans in wake of the emerging battlefield challenges. COAS lauded the performance and dedication of Strike Corps formations for undertaking innovative futuristic training,” DG ISPR said.

On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly lauded and appreciated the performance of Strike Corps formations for adopting futuristic training.

While addressing the Officers and Jawans in the Garrison, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa discuss about the recent regional security environment and its implications of the overall Security situation of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

While highlighting the consisting support of PAKISTAN to the ongoing Afghan Peace Process, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highlighted the need for better management of the PAKISTAN’s Western Zone with special focus on Security.

“Referring to the national effort against coronavirus pandemic, COAS commended all ranks for their all out support to civil administration in ensuring public safety and well being. However, we must continue to exercise max caution and follow relevant SOPs until the pandemic is completely over, COAS remarked,” DG ISPR added.

“We must stay abreast of the evolving situation and never lower our guard whatsoever,” COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa categorically made it clear during the visit.

Earlier, upon arrival at the Corps Headquarter Mangla, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was warmly greeted, welcomed and received by the Commander Mangla Corps Lieutenant General Shaheen Mazhar Mehmood.
