PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir Spent Eid-Ul-Fitr With The Brave And Valiant Troops Of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES Deployed Forwared Areas At Bajaur Along PAK-afghan Border:

PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir spent the Eid-Ul-Fitr with the Brave and Valiant Troops of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES deployed Forward Areas at Bajaur along the PAKISTAN-afghan Border on Saturday, April 22, 2023, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in an Official Statement.

According to the details, the CHIEF OF THE ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Asim Munir visited the Bajaur Agency and spent the Eid with the Brave and Valiant PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES Troops deployed at Forward Areas along the PAKISTAN-afghan border.

During the visit, COAS General Asim Munir offered the Prayers of Ed-Ul-Fitr with the Brave and Valiant Officers and Troops of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES deployed at forward areas along the PAKISTAN-afghan Border and appreciated their high-morale and unshakable resolve.

OOAS General Asim Munir stated that the army was committed to defending the frontiers and was always ready to thwart any threat to ensure the territorial integrity of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

“For the defenders of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, irrespective of difficult terrains or weather and despite being away from loved ones, duty takes precedence. Nothing is more sacred than guarding the frontiers of our beloved country,” he said.

Gen Munir also extended well wishes to the families of the martyrs on the occasion and appreciated the operational vigil of troops guarding the border

On the occasion, the COAS General Asim Munir paid rich tribute to martyred soldiers  in the ongoing fight against the indian and iranian state backed terrorism and added that those who laid their lives for the “Defence of the motherland and eliminating the scourge of terrorism must not be forgotten”.

On his arrival, the COAS General Asim Munir was warmly Greeted, Welcomed and Received by the Corps Commander Peshawar Lt. Gen Sardar Hassan Azhar Hayat.
