TURKEY’s Defense Giant Aselsan To Open Regional Office in PAKISTAN:

In a big development, TURKEY’s Defense Giant Aselsan is planning to open its Regional Office in PAKISTAN on the upcoming 1st January, 2020. The recent move of TURKEY’s Defense Giant aimed at reinforce its marketing and production activities in PAKISTAN, where the company has got billion dollars projects in the past few years.

It is worth to mention that PAKISTAN is among the leading customers of TURKEY’s Defense Giant Aselsan. Until recently, PAKISTAN NAVY has inked $196 Million Dollars contract with Aselsan to upgrade and supply subsystems for the PAKISTAN NAVY’s JINNAH-Class Milgem Corvettes or Warships.

Furthermore, PAKISTAN ARMY also secured the whooping $254.73 Million Dollars contract with the TURKEY’s Defense Giant to support the Purchase of PAKISTAN’s Next Generation Multipurpose T-129 ATAK Choppers.

The latest move of TURKEY’s Defense Giant coming to brotherly country PAKISTAN can be seen as the Company Strategy to hold its foot firmly in the versatile and diversified Defense Industry of PAKISTAN. The company is also planning to promote its new products to cater the requirements and demands of Tri-Armed Forces of PAKISTAN as PAKISTAN ARMY, PAKISTAN NAVY and PAKISTAN AIR FORCE.

It is worth to mention that TURKEY’s Defense Giant Aselsan also involved in the upgradation of PAKISTAN NAVY’s Three Agosta 90b Submarines with latest and cutting-edge technology, apparatus and armaments.

PAKISTAN NAVY has given the contract for the upgradation of PAK NAVY’s 3 Agosta 90B Submarines with the Support of the Main TURKISH Contractor Savunma Teknolojileri Mühendislik A.Ş. (STM).

The Technicians and Engineers of Both Aselsan and Savunma Teknolojileri Mühendislik A.Ş. (STM) are currently busy in the upgradation of 90B Submarines are Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW).

PAKISTAN AIR FORCE:

As far as the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE is concerned; the TURKISH Aselsan is also involved in supplying the undisclosed number of Advanced Targeting Pods ASELPOD to PAKISTAN AIR FORCE that will be installed on PAKISTAN’s indigenous 4.5++ Gen Fighter Aircraft.
