CNS Admiral Abbasi Confered With Indonesian Highest Military Award Bintang Jalasena Utama:
PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi was conferred with the Indonesian Highest Military Medal Bintang Jalasena Utama during the official visit to Brotherly ISLAMIC Country Indonesia, PAKISTAN NAVY Spokesperson Rear Admiral Arshid Javed said in a statement via the Official Twitter Account.
CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi conferred with the Highest Indonesian Military Award Bintang Jalasena Utama in a gracious and prestigious Ceremony held at Indonesian Naval Headquarters during the official visit.
Earlier upon arrival at the Indonesian Navy Headquarter in Jakarta, PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi was warmly welcomed, greeted and received by the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy Admiral Siwi Sukma Adji and other Top Level officials of the Indonesian Navy.

A ceremonial Guard of Honor was presented by the smart Contingent of Indonesian Navy Personnel the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi.

“During an official visit to Indonesia,CNS Adm Zafar Mahmood Abbasi called on Indonesian V/Minister of Def & Mil Heads and discussed matters w.r.t regional security, mutual interest & bilateral def collab. CNS was also conferred with Indonesian highest mil award Bintang Jalasena Utama,” PAK NAVY DGPR Rear Admiral Arshid Javed said in an official Statement via Twitter.
The PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi called on the High level Civilian and Military Indonesian Leadership during the Visit.
During the visit, the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi called on Vice Minister of Defense Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, Commandant of the Marine Corps Major General Suhartono, Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy Admiral Siwi Sukma Adji and the CNS Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi also visited the Marine Brigade Headquarters of Indonesian Navy.
During separate meetings with the Top Ranking and Senior Indonesian Military and Civil Leadership, matters related to mutual interest, scope of bilateral defense cooperation and regional security were discussed.
During the meeting, the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi and the Indonesian Military Leaders emphasized to further increase the Bilateral Defense Cooperation between the Security forces of both the Brotherly Countries. Both the sides also discussed the different ways to positively contribute towards the several peace initiatives in the region.
While acknowledging the Significance of Strong Military to Military Collaboration between the Two Brotherly Countries, dignitaries from both sides agreed to further enhancing the existed Bilateral Mutual Military Collaboration and interaction in a wide range of domains.

Later, the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi visited the Marine Brigade Headquarter of Indonesian Navy at Indonesian Capital Jakarta. Upon arrival at the Marine Brigade Headquarter, the CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi was warmly welcomed and received by the Commandant of the Marine Corps, Major General Suhartono.
A smart contingent of Indonesian Navy Personnel presented the Guard of Honor to the CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi.
During the visit, the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi highly appreciated the high level of Competence and Professionalism of the Indonesian Marines Corps towards promoting regional peace.
The recent high profile visit of PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi will help to further augment the Brotherly and Cordial Relations between both the Brotherly Countries in diverse Defense realms.
