In modern times, the meaning of humiliation should be india as the indians are earning more humiliation each day. In a recent development, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) gave india a straight big slap on its face by rejecting indian plea for the safe acquittal, release and Return for international terrorist and Spy Kalbushan Jadhav.

On the other hand, india cried on the decision and goes to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for JUSTICE. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) rejects all the allegations and remedies sought by india for the relief of captured indian monkey Kalbushan Jadhav.

PAKISTAN and the india both concluded their arguments before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) earlier in February 2019. PAKISTANI case was represented by the English Queen’s Counsel Khawar Qureshi, who asserted that the india failed to answer important questions related to the case and the india has also not clarifying that the caught indian monkey is actually a Kalbushan Jadhav or Hussain Mubarak Patel.

PAKISTAN Attorney General Anwar Masood Khan and South Asia Director Dr. Faisal were also present in the court room of the International Court of Justice as Agent and co-agent, respectively.

The indian naval commander filed a mercy petition to the PAKISTAN Chief of Army Staff Qamar Javed Bajwa.

Under the law, the indian naval commander was eligible to appeal for the clemency to the PAK CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF  (which the indian monkey has already done and is pending due to the ICJ case hearing) and if the clemency appeal rejected by the PAKISTAN CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS), the indian naval commander has left no other option than to appeal the clemency to the President of PAKISTAN and if the President of PAKISTAN also rejects his appeal, then the indian monkey will die like a rabid dog under PAKISTANI law by having a tight rope in his weak and fragile neck.

The case hearing by the International Court of Justice is a clear slap on the face of india by the world community by accepting the fact that india is actually involved in state sponsored terrorism not only in PAKISTAN, but in Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, China, Iran, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and other neighboring and regional countries.

Now, the india should stop the policy of state sponsored terrorism in other countries, as the real ugly face of india is well-exposed to the world community.
