Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military Appointed As CJCSC:
PAKISTAN ARMY Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military has been officially appointed as PAKISTAN ARMY’s New CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) with effect from November 27, 2019.
The current CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) Lieutenant General Zubair Mahmood Hayat is due to retire on November 27 of this year and Lt. General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military will fill space for the post of CJCSC on November 28th, 2019.
It is worth mentioning that there were a total of three Senior Generals of PAKISTAN ARMY chosen for the post of CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC).
Lieutenant General Humayun Aziz, Lieutenant General Sarfaraz Sattar and Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military were on the list for the post of CJCSC.
Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza, HI(M) was commissioned in 10 Sind Regt in Sep 1985. The General Officer is a graduate of Command & Staff College Quetta and NDU Islamabad. He has also attended Inf Coy Command Course in Germany in 1994.

The upcoming CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Halaal-e-Imtiaz Miliary was commissioned in the 10th Sindh Regiment on September 1985.
He is a graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta National Defense University Islamabad. Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military also attended the Info Coy Command Course in Germany in 1994.
The General Officer carries with him a varied experience of command, staff and instructional appts. He has been a BM of an Inf Bde, GSO-1 at MO Dte, COS of a Strike Corps.

The CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza has got vast experience of Command, Staff and Instructional Aptitudes. He has also been a Chief of Staff of PAKISTAN ARMY’s most feared Strike Corps.
The CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) has commanded the Infantry Brigade along the Line of Control (LOC), Infantry Battalion, 10 Corps and Infantry Division in South Waziristan.
On the instructional side, he has been on the faculty of SI&T, C&SC Quetta, and War College Islamabad and Comdt PMA. The General Officer has commanded an Inf Bn, Inf Bde along LOC, Inf Div in South Waziristan and 10 Corps.

As far as the instructional experience of the General Officer is concerned; the Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military has also been on the faculty of Top Credible and Prestigious institutions as War College Islamabad, Commandant PAKISTAN Military Academy Kakul, Command & Staff College Quetta and School of Infantry & Tactics (SI&T).
