First Maiden Flight Of PAKISTAN’s Cutting-Edge JF-17 Thunder Block 3 Took Place In China:
All the Praise to ALLAH ALMIGHTY and Blessing to Great PAKISTANI Nation as the PAKISTAN’s Next Generation Cutting-Edge JF-17 Block 3 took its first maiden flight in Chengdu, CHINA on December 15th, 2019.
The JF-17 Thunder Block 3 (#3000) is PAKISTAN’s next Generation Combat aircraft, which is manufactured indigenously by Scientists and Engineers of PAKISTAN with the Technical Expertise of its All-Weather Ally CHINA.
The PAKISTAN AIR FORCE JF-17 Thunder Block 3 is a state of the art 4.5++ Generation Aircraft and it is equipped with modern avionics, Helmet Mounted Display (HMD), new instrument panel, electronics suite, armaments and radars.

The JF-17 Thunder Block 3 features the CHINA’s J-20 Style wide-angled Holographic Helmet-Up Display (HUD) and it is also equipped with the J-10C styled revolutionary IIR MAWS Sensors, which is placed neatly behind the engine air intakes.
The distinctive feature of the JF-17 Thunder Block 3 Aircraft is its revolutionary Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radar in the nose, which is used in first time in any of the blocks of JF-17 Thunders Series.
The JF-17 Thunder Block 3 is PAKISTAN’s cutting edge and state of the art 4.5++ Gen indigenous combat aircraft that is fitted with the modern apparatus, tools, avionics and armaments. With all the up-gradation and armaments, the JF-17 Thunder Block 3 can easily compete with US latest F-17 V Variant Jet Fighter.

PAKISTAN AIR FORCE has proudly showcased its next Generation JF-17 Thunder Block 3 Aircraft at Paris Air Show, which is widely acclaimed by hundreds of countries due to its high-agility, performance, capacity, capability and most of all, its low-cost.
Dozens of countries showed great interest in JF-17 Thunder Block 3 Aircraft due to its magnificent, distinctive and unmatched features and up-gradation.
Now, the JF-17 Thunder Block 3 has successfully completed its first maiden flight, which is a clear indication that the Aircraft is in the final testing phase. Top Defense Analysts and Think Tanks are expecting that PAKISTAN Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra will kick-off the mass production of JF-17 Thunder Block 3 in the mid of 2020 after the initial and final testing phases.
