1st Edition of 2-Weeks Long Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Joint Special Operation Forces Exercise Al-Battar-I successfully culminates in a graceful and prestigious ceremony at Cherat on Monday, Sep 4 2023, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in an Official Statement.
The two weeks long exercise commenced on 22 August 2023 with participation of Special Operation Forces contingents from two brotherly countries.
The Ambassador of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Sacred Country PAKISTAN His Excellency Mr Nawaf Saeed Al Malkiy and Top Senior Military leadership from both Brotherly ISLAMIC Countries witnessed the final day activities of exercise.
The 1st Edition of 2-Weeks Long Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Joint Special Operation Forces Exercise Al-Battar-I concluded with the astonishing conduct of the Fly Past.
During the 2-weeks long Al-Battar-I SOF Exercise, the Special Operations Forces demonstrates various Counterterrorism drills, including hostage rescue, special tactical training, Cordon and Search Operations and use of highly sophisticated weaponry.
The Combat Aviation along with the Special Operations Forces of both the Brotherly ISLAMIC Countries, Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, displayed their professional excellence during the 2-weeks Long Al-Battar-I Special Operations Forces Exercise.
The 2-Weeks Long Special Operations Forces Exercise Al-Battar-I was aimed at further harnessing the historic military to military relations between both brotherly countries, including nurturing of joint employment concept against counter terrorism and identifying areas of mutual interest for future military collaborations for future exercises.
It is highly expected that the recent commencement of the 1st Edition of 2-Weeks Long Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Joint Special Operation Forces Exercise Al-Battar-I will help to further strengthen the Bilateral Military to Military Cooperation between the ARMED, NAVAL and AIR FORCES of both the Brotherly ISLAMIC Countries, Sacred Country PAKISTAN and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
