Ambassador of Greece To PAKISTAN Discuss Afghanistan Situation With COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa At GHQ Rawalpindi:
Ambassador of Greece to PAKISTAN visits GHQ Rawalpindi and meets with the PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head, the Director General Inter-Services Public Relations or DG ISPR, PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa and greek envoy discuss the Afghanistan situation at GHQ Rawalpindi.
During the meeting, both the dignitaries discuss matters of professional, mutual interest and recent regional security situation, especially the current situation in the Afghanistan after the humiliating defeat and withdrawal of US and allied forces from Afghanistan.
“During the meeting matters of mutual interest, the regional security situation especially current situation in Afghanistan and cooperation in various fields were discussed,” DG ISPR said.
On the occasion, PAK ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa said, “We encourage healthy bilateral exchanges in all areas of common interest.”
PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa added that PAKISTAN remains fully committed to cooperate with its allies and international partners to promote peace and stability in Afghanistan.
“The COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that PAKISTAN remains committed to cooperating with its international partners for peace in the region and ensuring a stable and prosperous future for the Afghan people,” DG ISPR added.
“He also lauded PAKISTAN’s role in Afghan situation including successful evacuation operations and efforts for regional stability,” DG ISPR added in the statement.
On the occasion, the visiting dignitary highly lauded the efforts of PAKISTAN in combatting the indian state sponsored and indian state funded terrorist elements in the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
The visiting dignitary also lauded the role of PAKISTAN in Afghan Situation, including the successful evacuation of foreign citizens and diplomats from Afghanistan.
