COAS General Bajwa Vows Superiority In Modern Day Battlefield Can Only Be Maintained If We Remain Alive To Contemporary Challenges:
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE Air War College Institute (AWCI) At Karachi on Thursday, Feb 17th, 2020, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DGISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement on the official Twitter Account.
The Air War College Institute (AWCI) is the Prime and the leading Pedestal of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) and the participation of the COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa is highly symbolic.
While addressing the participants of the 34th Air War College Institute (AWCI), CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly appreciated and commended the professionalism, combat readiness and battle preparedness of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE and its enviable achievements.
On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa urged the Officers of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE to make consistent efforts in order to know the latest advancements being introduced in the modern air warfare domain.
“Superiority in the modern day battlefield can only be maintained if we remain alive to contemporary challenges and are prepared to tackle them in line with emerging modern concepts,” COAS said.
“We must remain vigilant to respond befittingly to any misadventure by the adversary,” COAS added.
On the occasion, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was thoroughly briefed about the upgradation of century old infrastructure of the depot in par with the modern lines for provision of the smooth logistics support.
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly appreciated and commended efforts of the Ordnance Corps to for its unshakable resolve and commitment in the field of logistics to enhance the operational efficiency of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF).
Earlier on arrival at Karachi, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was warmly greeted, received and welcomed by the Corps Commander Lieutenant General Nadeem Ahmed Anjum and Chief of Logistics Staff Lieutenant General Azhar Saleh Abbasi.
