PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKEY Clinched Gold Medal As 3rd PAKISTAN ARMY Team Spirit Competition 2020 Successfully Concludes At Kharian:
PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKEY has stood first and Clinched the Gold Medal in the 3rd Consecutive Edition of PAKISTAN ARMY Team Spirit (PATS) Competition-2020 successfully concludes at PAKISTAN ARMY National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), Kharian, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Inter-Services Public Relations said in an official statement.
A total of 16 Foreign Teams and 7 Inland Teams participated in the 3-day Long competition. The PAKISTAN ARMY Team Spirit (PATS) Competition-2020 has now earned the reputation of being the most credible, authentic and the Toughest Military Competition held in PAKISTAN.
PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Ahmed Bajwa attended the closing ceremony of 3rd Consecutive Edition of PAKISTAN ARMY Team Spirit (PATS) Competition-2020 on Wednesday, 4th March, 2020, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing ISPR stated in an official statement.
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Ahmed Bajwa distributed the Medals, Shields and Prizes among the among the Winners and Runner Up of the Competition.
In Overall International Teams, PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKEY Clinched the Gold Medal, while, Sri Lanka, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and South Africa gets the Silver Medal. PAKISTAN AIR FORCE got the gold medal in the International Team Events.
In the overall competition of PATS-2020 Competition, Karachi Corps was declared the overall best team of the PATS-2020 Competition, While Multan Corps and Rawalpindi Corps of PAKISTAN ARMY shared the 2nd and 3rd position respectively.
Speaking on the occasion, PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Ahmed Bajwa congratulated the Participants and Winners for the successful completion of PAKISTAN ARMY Team Spirit (PATS) 2020 Competition.
“Sharing of best experiences through a series of events will improve combat skills and help integrate armies of participant countries. Training and team work are the hallmark of every soldier, Confronted with multifarious challenges in diverse terrain, one has to be in the best physical and mental fitness for a robust and prompt response,” COAS General Qamar Ahmed Bajwa said at the concluding ceremony of PATS 2020 Competition.
“Spirit of sacrifice and patriotism, makes a force formidable in the face of any adversity COAS thanked all foreign participants for being part of the event and for showing their prowess,” COAS General Bajwa further added.
The 3rd Consecutive Edition of PAKISTAN ARMY Team Spirit (PATS) Competition-2020 aimed at evaluating the Skill, professional Expertise, Physical Endurance and Agility of the different Teams participated in the Competition. The 3rd Consecutive Edition of PAKISTAN ARMY Team Spirit (PATS) Competition-2020 spread over 25 toughest military competition spreading over 62 hours in total.
The Sixteen (16) Foreign Teams participated in the PATS-2020 Competition includes the TURKEY, CHINA, Sri Lanka, Palestine, Russia, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Maldives, Egypt, Belarus, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Germany, South Africa, United Kingdom (UK) and United States (US).
The seven Inland Teams from PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) and PAKISTAN ARMY also participated in the Tournament.
Corps Commander Mangla, Corps Commander Gujranwala, Senior Military Officials from PAKISTAN ARMY, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE and Defense Attaches of different countries were also present on the occasion.
It is worth noting that PAKISTAN ARMY Team Spirit (PATS) Competition has now been credited as the most Authentic and Toughest Military Competition of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
PAKISTAN ARMY National Counter Terrorism Center (NCTC) is a state of the art and cutting edge facility to impart to quality combat terrorism training in all kinds of Terrain. This is the reason, that the National Counter Terrorism Center (NCTC) has now been credited as the World Class Counter Terrorism facility of PAKISTAN ARMY that is attracting the Armed Forces of the other Countries to get state of the art Combat Training with PAKISTAN ARMY.
