PAK NAVAL CHIEF Meets Qatari PM And Senior Military Leadership On An Official Visit To Qatar:

In a recent development, PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi embarked an official visit to friendly country Qatar. During his Official Visit, the CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi called on the Qatari Prime Minister Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, Commander Qatar Emiri Naval Forces (QENF) Major General Abdullah Hassan Al-Sulaiti and Chief of Staff of Qatari Armed Forces Lt General (Pilot) Ghanem Bin Shaheen Al-Ghanem.

           

During the visit, the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi also visited the strategic Qatari Maritime Facility and Installation including the Ghanem Bin Mohammad Ghanem Academy, Maritime Warfare & Training Centre and Al Jazeera Media Network.

         

During the meetings with the Qatari Prime Minister and Senior Qatari Military Leadership different matters of mutual interests and issues related to the regional stability and security came under discussion. Both sides also shared the different channels to further increase the military to military collaboration between the Armed and Naval Force of the both the friendly countries.

All the dignitaries emphasized on strong bilateral defense ties and agreed to further enhancing the defense relationships in a wide range of military and defense domains.

The Admiral war warmly welcomed greeted and received by the Commander Qatari Emiri Naval Forces Major General Abdullah Hassan Al-Sulaiti upon arrival at the Ras Aabu Aboud Naval Base. Later, the smart contingent of Qatari Naval Soldiers presented a Guard of Honor to the visiting PAKISTAN CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi.

During the meeting with the Qatari Emir Naval Forces Commander, the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF highlighted the PAKISTAN NAVY’s valuable efforts in stabilizing the security and stability in the Arabian Sea, including the PAK NAVY’s initiative of Maritime Regional Security Patrol (RMSP) and PAK NAVY’s inclusion in Italy based Trans Regional Maritime Network (T-RMN).

The CNS Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi also thanked the Commander Qatar Emiri Naval Forces for the participation in Multinational Maritime Exercise AMAN-19 held at Karachi.

The PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF also visited the Ghanem Bin Mohammad Ghanem Academy and Qatar Maritime Warfare & Training Centre. During the visit to the Qatar Naval Facilities, the CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF was given the detailed briefing on the different tasks and role of Qatar Naval Forces.

Later, PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF also visited the Qatar based Media Tycoon Al Jazeera Network and called on the Executive Director of the Media House. The CNS also had interactions with the media personnel during the visit.

During the visit, the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF also highlighted the inhumane, illegal and barbaric acts of coward and filthy indian forces in indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (iOJ&K). The CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF also briefed the dignitaries about PAKISTAN’s principle stance to support the Just & Right Struggle of Self Determination by Brave Kashmiri Brethren.

The recent high profile visit of PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Zaffar Mahmood Abbasi to the friendly country Qatar would significantly beneficial for both the brotherly countries to further increase their military to military and defense collaborations in the domain of Air Force, Navy and Ground Forces between the two friendly countries.
